There comes a time in man’s life where he is just going to have to mature.  No more pussy-foot’n around issues but taking accountability for the place in which he stands.  And with our Lord Jesus Christ, we are responsible for our intimacy with him, the walk we are walking of spiritual content, and remembering that in reciprocity of return to him— is our love in obedience to him, and his way, and leadership over us: for he first loved us (first served us).  What we are giving ourselves to we are directly responsible for — in our course of action and affiliation at any given point in time.

We have the choice, always, to move as our Lord, with our Lord— or not to.  When he said to not entangle ourselves with worldly affairs— he meant it.

2 Timothy 2:3 & 4

“Thou, therefore, endure hardship as a good soldier [G4757: encamped warrior] of Jesus Christ.  No man that wars— entangles himself with the affairs [G4230 Pragmateia: transactions and negotiations] of this life [G979 bios: present state of existence]; that he may please him who has chosen him to be a soldier [G4758: a gathered, enlisted, warrior in his army].”

The Greek word pragmateia (πραγματεία) generally means business, occupation, or affairs. The word is derived from the verb pragmateuomai, which means "to do business" or "to be occupied with."

We can be distracted from our spiritual duties and life with Christ Jesus— when we become so grounded in the material and carnal affairs of the worldly life and goings on.

Now this can be in our own lives, bodies, concerns and affairs— or they can be broad, national, and worldwide even— in our current era.  But either way— getting so caught up in ‘affairs of the worldly or material and temporal,’ quite literally pulls us away from the spiritual life in Christ Jesus; and walking in the Spirit (entirely) if we are not very, VERY mindful of him and his heart, mind, and will.

I see so often how people are pulled away from the spiritual and into carnality— and they are usually oblivious to it: this is the definition of spiritually blinded and deaf.  It is the state in which the carnal life has preeminence over the spiritual life existence of our inner man; and we become grossly carnally minded and fixated, and cannot even perceive it: this is spiritual blindness.  And it comes about by fixing our ‘single eye’ upon the temporal (the spiritual eye is darkened because it is fixated upon worldly affairs not spiritual eternal affairs.  The single-eye is your spiritual eye).

Your spiritual vision is to be solely upon Jesus Christ, the truth, and eternal affairs: they are waylaid, discombobulated, and diverted— when we are fixated on temporal worldly happenings: this is when the single-eye becomes divided, of two minds (or mindings), and spiritual blindness ensues.

Is not all life precious to Jesus Christ and our Father?

Is not all warring (if not the warring of love and salvation) futile and evil?

Have we not learned from eons of endless death in the pursuit of one nation above another— that we can see there are no true winners where annihilation or power subversion is sought after?

Have we not known of wars and rumors of wars since the dawning of humanity right out of the first two humans and their children?  The place of spiritual life lived with a sanctity of life by one— and an honoring of all that is holy.  And unto another the pursuit of self importance, dysregulation of self —per the Lord’s definition and way, and murder and death as a result (Able and Cain).

I watch countless times, again and again— people run right over others with their carnal ways, and then purport themselves in their next breaths or expoundings, that they honor the Lord Jesus Christ, read their bibles, and are given to him and his way.  Where is the fruit in that?!

A tree, he said, is known by what comes of it (by its fruit).  I mince nothing, nor does he and the truth written.

We are called to separate ourselves from the world— and yet I watch us be given to it over and over again: men given to endless watching of the news, giving themselves over to what ‘they say,’ all the while being programmed within to accept the indoctrination, because one is in complete affiliation already.  Have we not realized that ‘they’ will say whatever they need to say to keep this skit going?  Have we not realized yet (the church, that is), that it's all a set up to walk out an agenda that leads to ‘their’ place of power?

The people of God are to be given to minding the Lord God in love and peace, righteousness and salvation.  And not be in alignment with men who seek to war, wield power and influence— and even subjugation— by means of physical violence to keep the masses ‘in check,’ to whatever is their regime and agenda.

Who are we looking like?

Who are we sounding like?

Who are we really following?

Who are we really affiliated with?

God or man?

Carnality or Divinity?

War or Peace— with Jesus Christ by ‘his hand’ and sovereignty— or the fallen’s?

The scripture was not written by worldly men, nor was it written unto the heathen nations of worldly men; it was written to the men of God who serve him in ‘his way.’  He has not an earthly kingdom— but a heavenly one.

John 18:36

“Jesus answered— My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight— and I would not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence.”

Every message, rebuke, chastisement, warning, and rebuttal the Lord brings up in it— is to THE CHURCH.

1 John 2:15

“Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.”

Loving the world— is obeying the world, reverencing the world: its affairs, business, goings-on; it is focusing and being filled with the world.  And it is impossible to be filled with the world and God holy at the same time: you are one vessel— and your contents spill forth at all times.  And those contents are not bitter and sweet waters (violence and peace waters).

It is not what goes into a man that defiles him— but what comes out of a man (Matthew 15:11-20).  It is not material food that is eaten that defiles a man, it is the spiritual content that spills from him (divine or carnal) that defiles a man.  So then obeying the Spirit of God is not happening in the carnally minded man.  And so the worldly-focused man is not given in his heart to the Lord God (but to the world); and thus— loving the Father is not in this man, but loving the world, its ways, and its goings-on— is exalted, feared, reverenced.  Some will even get irate if you interfere with their worship (news) when it’s happening.

We can very much (and it’s a result of wrong worship focus, self or others, and the world) forfeit or relinquish our victory in Christ Jesus, our Spiritual fruit of our Father, and our intimacy walk with Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit of God— when we will not live spiritually with God, and in alignment with him.

Luke 8:14

“And that which fell among thorns are they, which, when they have heard, go forth— and are choked with cares and riches and pleasures of this life, and bring no fruit to perfection.”

What is precious to you?

Is it to be following worldly affairs— yours or other (nations and people)?

Or is it to be spiritually minded, single-eyed, fixated upon eternal life and eternal treasure in Jesus Christ— and bearing your heavenly Father’s fruit?  Because we can only, truly, be given to one master, one lord, one mind within our vessels; because that which is divided will eventually crumble, tumble, trip, fall, and be crushed and destroyed utterly— when it is founded upon sand (carnality).

1 Thessalonians 4:11-12

Study [G5389 philotimeomai: labor and strive, and be fond of] to be quiet [G2270 hēsuchazō: keep still, refrain, not be meddlesome], and to do your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you; that you may walk honestly toward those who are without, and that you may have lack of nothing.”

Hebrews 12:1-2

“Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses (people are always watching our witness) let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which does so easily beset us [G2139 euperistatos: thwarts the racer in sin], and let us run with patience [G5281 hupomone: cheerful constant endurance] the race that is set before us → looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame— and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.”

There is always a choice within each of us: to see the sanctity of ‘life,’ or to be caught up in worldly affairs (anything other than focus upon the sanctity of life, especially eternal), that sides with the taking of life; because it preserves your own (the definition of self preservation) — unto death as your partner in means, and violence— your hand.

I see a lot of the ‘anything other than,’ going on, by far and large, in the mass body of the professing people (at least on social media, and in justifications).

Mass amounts of people focused on nations (but not in the sense of converting one into the family of God, or washing his feet, or extending mercy and grace, love and servitude— in the sanctity of life, and in faith to our Lord God); where we so easily believe every word that is shared with us, because, well, they wouldn’t lie, or have half truths, or be out for the betterance of self— would they?

Of course they would— this is the way of the world spirit, but not the way of the Holy Spirit, nor of faith in Jesus Christ— nor of love over hate, and life over death.

We have been given for so long to ‘ways of the world,’ that it’s the only way we can still yet see.  The news divides us and indoctrinates us.  The movies prepare us to take sides and to pit us ‘against’ another life form, nation, creed, people, and culture: it’s always been this way.  And yet— there is another way; and it will be known in the people of God— who are not those who war and die with a sword of physical violence— but who are the peace makers.

Matthew 26:52

“Then said Jesus unto him— Put up again your sword into its place: for all they that take the sword shall perish with the sword.”

Matthew 5:9

“Blessed are the peacemakers [G1518 eirenopoios: pacifactory, peaceable]: for they shall be called the children of God.”

Pacificatory means tending to promote peace or calm.  It describes something that is conciliatory, or intended to appease or pacify.  Some thesauruses list pacificatory as a synonym for pacific, or peaceful.   The word "pacificatory" comes from the Latin word "pacificare," meaning "to make peace."  It's an adjective that describes something that has the effect of calming or bringing peace.

Many will try peace on— but if it does not work out for them, or is rejected— they will pick up the garment of violence (in the physical).  But Jesus exemplified, time and time again— how he upheld the Father in heaven— and the Father upheld him— in the earth: until the time of the finishing of his mission (in ALL circumstances); and he moved in peace— not physical violence.

At some point we are all tested as to whether we will live by the sword of the Lord— where we are dying to all other ways of life that are not of the persuasion of the Word of God and abundant life and love.

The only sword we should die by— is the Word of God; and it should be killing carnality, hate, division, strife, conflict, power struggles, fear, murder and much more; by giving way to life, love, and the pursuit of another’s salvation in Jesus Christ (if we are his and fruiting out from his tree of ‘life’).  And if we are— we ‘make’ peace; we bring the Lord into everything, his love, his power to save, and his will: for we are the fruit of his loin, and seed of his seed, and a planting of the Lord (Isaiah 61:3).

Psalm 1:3

“And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he does shall prosper.”

I am of the persuasion, that like Jesus Christ— all life to be taken, is the Lord’s to recompense— directly.  Like the story in 2 Kings 19, where one angel (sent as an envoy of the Lord, on his behalf) —wiped out an entire division of opposing and oncoming Syrians.

2 Kings 19:35

“And it came to pass that night, that the angel of the Lord went out, and smote in the camp of the Assyrians— a hundred fourscore and five thousand (185,000): and when they arose early in the morning, behold— they were all dead corpses.”

Here’s my point: should we cease to be carnal people who believe that ‘we’ need to do things the way they have always been done (with physical violence); and instead— we become the spiritual people who have a sanctity for life, who exalt the recompense and avenging of God’s people— to the Lord God.  And, if we would, perhaps we would see 2 things take place: peace within our members (lives individual and corporate) and a oneness with life and our Lord— where he reigns supreme and holds the key to death (not us); and we’d see ourselves being the peace makers— who wait upon the Lord to see his hand come forth.

What if we really were a people of prayer and reliance upon him (this is faith in him) in his house, where prayer and supplication to him, on behalf of the wayward and violent— became a place of benevolent love, power, and salvation unto a reprobate people, because the heart of God was extended?  And if the way of peace was rejected— then we’d leave it up to our God (because we are strong in real faith to him).  Where he shows up with one angel that can remove their life from them— if all else of love, peace, and reverence of life was extended and extolled first, but rejected.

We are either going to become spiritual, life valuing, peacemaking people of God— or we are going to fool ourselves that we are not yet carnal (when indeed we are); and show forth our fruit of faithlessness in God toward us— as we venture deeper into human annihilation— as it has always been since the beginning: but as long as ‘our side,’ or ‘our lives’ are spared, right?

There are so many underground Christ followers in all nations, and even more so— those who are yet to be brought into the flock: what are we giving forth as a spiritual witness to them?  Have they heard of our prayers for them, and our hatred of all physical violence and warring?  Have they been consoled with our hearts as we watch nation pitted against nation, and hatred and fear propagated like a summer crop?

As for me and my house— we will serve the Lord, Life, Love, Peace, and Humanity.  And we will cast down self exaltation, death and practices of, hatred and ambivalence, warring in the carnal (our weapons are spiritual and mighty), and will be given unto and for—humanity: it is why we are here for such a time as this.

I am challenged everyday to observe whether I be carnal or spiritual in Christ Jesus.  And as the worldly affairs pour forth into what has been written, and will be; I am reminded that we are heading in a different direction with Jesus than what humanity has ventured into before: complete sanctity of all life, peace, and love— as we (apart from the worldly) come ever more nigh to the millennial reign of Christ Jesus in the earth; and a warring priesthood— who wars in spiritual ways, nor carnal ways— to pulling down of strongholds, and to the preservation of life, and life eternal.

I see that he is challenging our internal compass as to whether we are being converted within to understand that he came to bring us abundant life, not abundant physical death (he took that on so that we could live, and live peaceably; and we shall— when we all come into Christ Jesus).

We have for far too long been building and erecting kingdoms of our own down here in the earthen realm; and I believe we still are seeing this by far and large.  So much vitriol online and in person from so called followers of Christ Jesus.  And yet— I am watching them say and act as the unbeliever does.  “PURSUE OUR SURVIVAL— TO HECK WITH THE INFIDELS.”  It’s on both sides of the fence of worldly warring.

Where are the fruitful— those of the fruit of the Spirit of the Living God?  Where be the children of the Lord God holy, true, loving, and righteous?  Where be the people of the living God who honor and revere all life forms, and seek to place him exalted on high— over his creation as sovereign— and high above all principalities and powers, who call upon his name in unified love and peace?

Sure— if I were a betting man (or woman) I would venture to say this is an unpopular stance to walk out in life with Jesus— in the earth.   But that is because we are still too carnal and given to a life of fear, doubt, and unbelief in our God (I do speak from experience of doubting his goodness, and also struggling with his provision.  I understand this mentality).  But the truth is we are going to have to take out our carnal mind, cast it down (along with its reasonings and self preservation mentality), and crucify it to death (which is separation from us); as we uphold true faith in our Lord God to care for us, fully and entirely, and in all situations: or else— what kind of people of faith in Jesus Christ are we? And what kind of ‘different’ are we, as the sons of God?

Are we people of faith, love, truth, righteousness, and the power of and rule of Jesus Christ, sovereign over all life and creation— or not?

Our substance is always weighed out and laid bare.  If we do not see it now, here, today, in this world.  We will see it laid bare before us in eternity as we stand before him; and all things are weighed against the standard: Jesus Christ.

Prayer of the People of Faith

___________________________________

“Lord God, Jesus Christ, YahShua Ha Mashiach— let us live and abide in love and truth, and honor and worship you there.  Maintain our course/hearts within us that we be the peaceable, faithful, loving, sacrificial, brave men and women of God who trust you to do the impossible when we are faced with hard circumstances.  Help us be the people who turn back our captivity with you, unto you, and in reverence to you— as we uphold all you exemplified of yourself in an earthen vessel, Jesus.  Keep our hearts and minds, always, stayed on you and eternal life: for just one person may be the one who is to turn unto you because of our peaceable, loving, and strong spiritual ways that we witness unto them.

Remind us Lord Jesus that we have the God of the impossible— where with man it seems impossible— but with God— it is more than possible.  Remind us that where we think in earthly conventional ways— there is always another way with God; and that all vengeance is of the Lord God, and as well— all protection and sanctity of life is as well.  Psalm 91:1 He that dwells in the secret place of the most High— shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

We steered into a way of physical violence in the world, Lord Jesus, from the beginning; but there is another way: the way of the peacemakers who walk in supernatural power (spiritual weapons of warfare), who call for the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob— to go with them, lead the way, and as well— pull up the rearguard: what more do we have need of?  In what way do we need to proceed in the warring ways of yesterdays gone by?  We have the God of the impossible.

So I seek you today on behalf of the things and events that will need to be played out, for it is already written.  But also petition you on behalf of a nation of people that you are leading in this world (your Kingdom people).

May we remember you, the LORD Jesus Christ; and that the battle is yours, Sir.  And that we need to be led of the Son of man who gave his life, laid it down, and walked out love toward all (in a VERY real and POWERFUL [supernaturally backed] way).  So that we too will walk as the children of God, like you do, within us; as we make war in the spiritual world, and peace in the physical world: and not war with our carnality continued in violent loss of life.

What will be— will come to be— concerning the world and its wars.  But let us not forget— there is a man (indeed a company of them fit together in the body of Christ Jesus) that is the New Man creation.  And this new man coming forth will walk in substantial and supernatural provisions— that are life giving and love encountering, in peace making circumstances with a witness coming forth: and the world will witness the love, peace, righteousness, and power of God to save!

Where sin doth abound— yet grace, ever the more, Lord Jesus.

Where death is concerned— you hold the key, authority, and power over it: we work to bring life, and life abundantly with you— and raise the dead, not create the dead.  For where the spirit of death be concerned— it is you, Lord, who deals with that entity; and will wield the power and authority of death where it is willed by God— as is yours to do.

But as for me, and my house, LORD JESUS— we will serve you and life, and life and love abundantly.  For I am a soldier of love, truth, life, power, soundness of the mind, and the pursuit of every man’s salvation— as a priest whose King reigns in her members (your faithful bride and partner, who knows it is her husband's business to protect his house, spouse, Kingdom and family).

May we check where our worship, attention, affections, focus, and affiliations have been given to.  And if we find them aligned in the ways of the world, Sir, may we refocus, realign, and rededicate our inner man’s sanctuary— to that of the Way, Truth, and Life of Jesus Christ; who reigns high above, and over, every other power, throne, dominion, principality and power (I think that covers them all, human and spiritual).

For with man— it’s impossible.

But with God— ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE— including a total reformation inside to become the sons of God who are given to life and life abundantly; who leave all death, recompense,  vengeance, and protection— to He in whom we are given to in our marriage covenant.

He who reigns supreme— may we truly be given to you in faith; and not seek to save our own physical lives (by the taking of another who threatens us); for in this— we will lose our very lives: we must be the people of faith, and a house of prayer in our temples: who know our God!

Or else— what are we really doing down here, Sir?”
