The Lord desires for these blessings, gratitude, prayer, spiritual enforcement exercises, that— like the word ‘accomplished’ used in the past prayer brought forward— he desires I use the word ‘optimum or optimal’ in this spiritual prayer, blessing, enforcement, exercise of our salvation with him.

And the word ‘optimum’ comes from the Latin neuter singular of optimus, which means "best" or "very good."  And the word ‘optimus’ functions as the superlative form of the adjective meaning "good." Linguists trace optimus back to the Proto-Indo-European root *op-, meaning "to work" or "produce in abundance."  This root is also linked to the Latin word ops "power, wealth, resources,” giving the word an ancestral evolution from "richest" or "most well-resourced" to "most esteemed" or "best."  

Can we see why he chose this ‘word’ to agree with him in prayer to the Word of God?  It has to do with Life and Life in Abundance, as well as Prosperity or Wealth (spiritual and/or physical), to be in best working esteem (which means— comes from the Latin verb aestimāre, which means "to fix the value of,” and Old French as estimer which means “to determine value,” by the way).

What is your will for your life?  God is life and life abundantly— are we aligned with his will (good pleasure) of Life (who and how he is, as creator of his likeness and image)?  Where are our thoughts, beliefs, and spiritual efforts focused in material life?  Are they in belief of all things, and all things possible concerning life and life abundance?  Or are they in unbelief, fixed, limited, and in disharmony from God’s very own Life— in doubt, fear, and estrangement?  If he is Life— are we?  Are we in harmony or agreement with Life?  If he is abundance— are we?  Or are we living in a mentality of lack and alignment with lack?  If he is all things— do we believe in all things?  Or are we in alignment with limitation and unbelief in —all things being possible in and of God?  If he has good will toward Life— do we?  Does our will align with Life in the material body and existence? Or do we have a pessimistic outlook on life— and therefore actually align with death (separation) from physical bodily life?  

Because all these and more— will affect our beliefs, will, alignment/agreement, and outlook in spirit— concerning material life and existence.  We may not be able to change another man’s free will choices of belief and what he engages with; but we sure can change our free will belief and what we engage with— in the realm of all choices and possibilities.  

I once spoke with the Lord God about the saying ‘if it be thy will, Lord,’ concerning one’s own personal life; and he said to me….

Word from the Lord

“What is man’s will?  What does the man want or will, Janet?  Because I AM LIFE, and I have given life to all men in abundance.  Man knows I am life, I give life, and all things in and of me— are brought to life and the fullness of.  So— what does each man will?  For each man must use his own will or desire, direction, heading, and good pleasure choices.  

Each man has a will of his own to use, to align with spiritual choices in his bodily soul life.  So— does man believe in all things with and of me?  Does man’s will align for the miraculous to come forward— in life and life abundance?  

My will is always Life— for I am life— not death, not separation, not estrangement from life: I am life, health, wholeness, perfection/completion.  So— where does man’s will align, Janet?  Does his free will align with my life— or does his free will align with limitation, lack, pessimism, strongholds of unbelief, doubt, fear, and death?  Or does his free will belief and heart align with mine— from Life and life abundance?  Because I am always working from Life and life abundance— but is man’s will coming into alignment with my own will or good pleasure: because it always delights me in good pleasure to align man (in body, soul, and spirit) to life and life abundance.  

Invite them to work out their salvation (their rescue, safety, healing, and wholeness) with me; and think, believe, agree, and speak from eternal life— all that is true— into their bodily-soul-life; they should live from the truth (no other perception), and that is true form in all ways— as I am, and as I present: my image (bodily) and my likeness (spiritually).  It is all available.  

So— you know my will concerning life, healing, wholeness, and abundance.  But what is each man’s will, belief, and resolution to ‘life?’  Is he for bodily life in a state of wholeness, healed, and fully functioning— or not?  And if he is— what is he ‘willing’ to work with me— to harmonize with such a life?  What is man ‘willing’ to come into, of alignment, with me (my life, way, and true form) concerning his physical and spiritual life— whilst in the earth?  

Because, dear— it’s never been about ‘my will,’ for my will concerning life and life abundance— was made clear in the life I exemplified, and what is written of me.  It’s been about man’s belief, and thus his will— and whether he is in alignment with mine.  

All men are invited to align with life and life abundantly— I have come for this reason: let each man’s will align.  Let each man’s belief align.  Let each man’s thoughts align.  Let each man’s words align.  Let each man’s works/efforts/focus/deeds align with Life and life abundance.  Let each man’s heart resonate with life and life abundance— and resist the devil, evil thoughts, beliefs, and doubt: and all things are possible to this man; for he has come into alignment with God— and all possibility— in and of God: this man chooses to live in harmony with my heart, mind, person, and ways: this man— thus— is a super-natural, unencumbered, living spirit, divine (godly) minded, living, moving, human being; who lives now ‘from’ the life of the Son, in whom all ‘life’ and possibilities of— springs forth from.  

My will, dear, is for harmonized life in earth— as each ‘is’ in my heavenly abode: and there— we have no death, disorder, or separation: believe, align, declare, remain, pursue, and harmonize with Life and life abundance: for I have set forth all to every man: but where is man’s belief and will aligned?  THAT— dear, is truly the question that concerns ‘if it be thy will.’  

For each man ought to ask of his own person— ‘is it my will to heal, be whole, stand in the supernatural possibilities with God, and harmonize with abundance of life, miracle, and restoration, resurrected life, and a new man creation, or not?’  

Because it has always been my will— Life and life abundance.  But what is man’s will, good pleasure, belief, and pursuit of agreement— with life and life abundance— or not?  That is truly where the discrepancy exists— in each ‘man’s free will choices, beliefs, and pursuits,’ Janet, not mine: I (Life) am given freely and abundantly— and I desire all men would agree and connect to me spiritually in their minds, beliefs, alignments, and efforts of their soul-life-being: for then— can miracles be witnessed in the flesh: and an exemplification of God and man in harmony, as one, in vessel— can be witnessed to a lost and dying world: that life, and life abundantly, has come forward of God and many harmonizing/agreeing, and working that oneness of ‘being.’  

Imagine that, dear: a world of witnesses of my kingdom, my life, and my power come forth.  I have been delighting to see this come forward in sons since the onset of their conception in my being.  And I will have my vessels— dear.  

Let them come forth by their alignment with life (me), as I am, as wholeness is, as completeness is.  And so— we shall show them how to pray (yoke in agreement with God), how to bless (extend love and life called forth), and how to enforce (come forward in authority, determination, and resolution— in and of the truth— in the will of God and man in unified harmony) their spiritual alignment in soul-bodily life: and hence— have my sons come forward in demonstration, way, truth, life abundance, and power of the kingdom of God— as messages themselves, as witnesses themselves, of oneness with God’s Spirit— in body.  

These forms of prayer, blessing, and authoritative enforcement of the truth— are eternally valuable to all generations; and with great effort do these prayers, affirmations, and declarations of spiritual agreement come forward of our united mission, agreement, and workload.  

You cannot do the work for them in their own hearts, minds, and spiritual soul lives; but we can work hard to give them the best baseline template of how to align with God in body and spirit— in their soul lives; wherewith they can tailor these powerful prayer, blessing, enforcement, spiritual alignments to their own lives in specifics.  

It’s always been about what a man will ‘choose’ in their spiritual life here, in body, of their ‘will,’ Janet: and this will give them much knowledge, wisdom, and conversation to have with me to pour over; and much free will choice to choose for themselves; as to what they will work of spiritual choice and alignment whilst in body.  But you, dear, and I, can stand in love, truth, and all possibility (in heaven and earth alignment) toward them, knowing we did all we could to give them every opportunity to choose life and life abundance: and we will pray for them.”

And once again— the word manifest is used in the bible 53 times in the old and new testament; and the word itself come from the Latin root word ‘manifestus,’ which means clear, obvious, or palpable; and ‘manus’ means hand, and ‘festus’ means— struck so it can be touched: meaning— so plain and clear that you can practically grasp it physically.  It shifted in the 14th century to mean it shows something plainly: but even that definition comes from something being engaged with, touched, that it physically shows up.

Jesus exemplified this when telling his disciples he would go to Calvary, how he would suffer, and by whose hands (after understanding his mission in the Father): thought, agreement, declaration, manifestation (struck in the spirit with mission and truth of, agreed upon by his hand [spiritual power agreement], that it became what was shown forth in the physical).

We are all manifesting daily: we are all moving energetically, spiritually, in the mind— thoughts; and we are all moving energetically in our yoking or coupling with thoughts, beliefs, desires, or fears— agreement to pursue and walk out; and we are all declaring these spiritual energetic thoughts, beliefs, desires, fears, and agreements daily— bringing about the manifestation, the show out of what was taking place within— on the outside, or what is presented: we are ALL manifesting— ALL THE TIME: or we are not here in a body— that’s the law of spiritual life in a body: must have a body to manifest our spirit identity— through.

And if we know we are always ‘manifesting’ in this realm— for that’s what the body is for: then we ought to know what we are manifesting (showing we touched and agreed with in spirit), why we are manifesting it, and how we are manifesting it: how— is because we are a spiritual being that has a body with the purpose of manifesting the spiritual identity in and through— to interact with others doing the same; why we are manifesting what we manifest— is because it’s where our intensified focus is, we give ourselves over to align in what we bring forth; and the what we manifest— is completely up to us— when we understand what faith is, what spirit is, and what life in and from Christ is.

From Christ— all things are possible of life and life abundance.  From Fear— all things are possible in and of states of death in abundance: which identity, or rather— our true identity unencumbered, or our identity obfuscated— makes the difference: and being healed and delivered of darkness in the mind, heart, and soul— matters: for it influences our manifestation as sons of God.  If we have lived lives of fear-minded, guarded, worst case scenario consciousness, anxiety ridden, obsessively ruminating on darkness or bad, highly detailed— thought life: we will become self-fulfilled prophets: prophesying our manifest lives in darkness and negativity— then fulfilling it— and showing it in physical circumstances: ask me how I know.  

I walked out the mission, really well, of trauma, fear, hypervigilance of ruminations— weighing every scenario in detail, premeditating them in my mind— entertaining them ahead of time; and then often experiencing these circumstances— because I was drawing the possibilities to myself.  And now I am actively engaging my identity with accountability to my actions— heavenly minded: that what I believe and rely upon of the ‘truth—’ will manifest:  If I rely on the Truth— then it shall make me free; and the Truth is Life in Christ, as Christ is.  I didn’t live that way in my previous ‘life expression;’ I didn’t know better: but now I do, and my life ought to exemplify this: changes, repentance, and accountability ought to be coming forward now— and it is.

If we hold and entertain something (let it enter as a good and viable possibility, connect to that thought and belief emotionally, see it in high detail) as a ‘possibility’ within us— then it’s an option to draw toward ourselves.  Now, there is a difference between saying ‘no’ to something with our words— and saying ‘no’ to something in our spiritual energy alignment: if our words do not originate from our spirit (spiritual energy) —then the manifestation (the show in the physical) will fall flat.  What do I mean?  

If we do not actually believe that what we align with, in Christ, is what will manifest— then we will manifest our great fears instead (doubts): your greatest scenario is a desired, spiritual focus; and your worst scenario is a spiritual focus (non-desired): which you ruminate on in the heart, linger upon, with more passion, emotion, and spiritual entanglement— will come to you (for you are spiritually— engaging): for you are entertaining it— hosting it up in and from you— in your body-soul life.  

When our faith desires of BEST case scenario— overtakes the amount of time, focus, worship/honor, and expectation we give to our thought-life and belief— more than any other thought, belief, emotion, contemplation (especially fear-based imaginings); then can the best case scenario be anchored into, reinforced, and drawn to an individual— by ‘spiritual’ agreement in the realm of spiritual energy exchange: this is where we say— a person had faith, waited, pursued, resolutely stood, and the breakthrough came: it was all directly related to the spiritual energy, and exchange of— in their spirit identity come into the soul expression— that someone coupled with, and engaged with, in/of their spiritual identity (what do we see and engage with of our spirit identity?): and the corresponding result of that agreement will manifest: miracle, or breakthrough, or prophesied substance hoped for— and worked with in the realm of spirit— brought forward— in the realm of the physical: what are we expecting, and what are we engaging with— spiritually?  Things of Life (God) and life abundantly— or less than that?  Do we understand how God set up free will— and our ability to couple with anything in the vault of possibility?  For if the sons of God have EVERYTHING they could possibly come into agreement about and for— in and of Christ Jesus— why are we not walking around victoriously?

I have asked him that question many times over— and he has said something similar each time:  

“What is that man working, spiritually, and why?  Does this man sit with God to see what their heavenly Father does— and align with his ‘being?’  Does that man believe in all things— and then fix himself spiritually over ‘one’ thing— and hence draw that one thing in?  Janet— God orders a man’s steps; but each man chooses his steps— by free will agreement of ‘who, what, and how’ he will ‘be’ in the physical realm: God helps each man walk out who, what, and how they are, always encouraging a man to live as God lives, do the things God does, and walk as one with God: but God will force no man, Janet.  God will give every option to a man— what options a man chooses are his own, to own.  Others can have an influence over people’s lives— but God is working all things together for good to those who love him, according to purpose, Janet: let my children live with purpose, and align with Life— and life in abundance, within themselves: it’s truly— what they desire to bring forth of spiritual energy, focus, and alignment (manifestation in the physical identity).”

Can we detail out our worst fears, worst case scenarios with MORE DETAIL than the best case scenario in our earthly lives?  If so— which one do you think got more attention and detail to come forward and manifest?  We are responsible for the renewal of our minds and whether or not we are: for we shall all manifest— and indeed do.  But is what we are manifesting— what our BEST case scenario and plan is?  Because, if not— as the Karate Kid movie said:  “Our focus— need more focus.”

I’ve said it time and time again, as of recent: I was sent in at a time such as this— to bring this understanding to the body of Christ, the church (and this workload we are bringing forth today— is part of that): so we can really see a turn around in the ways of people’s healing, deliverance, engagement with God, his kingdom, and the fulfillment of their own lives and missions here in the earth: and I am given to this mission whole-heartedly.  First I came in to fulfill the separated, estranged, death experiences of being fear-based and hopeless; to now bringing forth what it is to ‘move’ with God spiritually, from union with him in Life (Jesus), and to experience life in abundance —henceforth: not only for myself— but unto the freedom and fulfillment of the very same— in my brothers and sisters lives, in the body of Christ: I have to agree to both sides of the terms of mission— to demonstrate both (and I did with our heavenly Father, before incarnation).  And now I am walking that mission out, that reality out, and that union out— hoping you all will do the same: come from the old wineskin— into the new, from the old interior and functions within your identity— to the new wine relationship with Life, and Life in abundance.

So we will bless our bodies (in love and care— in word and deed [exercise, eating well, proper meditations and ruminations]).  We will have gratitude toward the Lord God for all his goodness, love, wisdom, and understanding as he counsels us, and orders our steps— in the mission we incarnated unto; and we will learn to, and then execute— excellent love of our own person and ‘being;’ as our heavenly Father asked of us [in Matthew 22:36-40].  We will pray (connect and yoke) with the Lord God, in agreement of thought-life, outlook, expectation, hope, pursuit, engagement, with resolution and fortitude— being accountable to the co-creating life we live— with, in, and from, Christ Jesus.  And we will enforce these alignments with our words, actions, beliefs, thought-life, agreements with spiritual energy workings in our soul lives— according to our true and highest finished identity in/of Christ Jesus, with Christ Jesus and the Holy Spirit.

For it does no good to only hear these prayers, affirmations, and agreements— if we do not spiritually engage them with our heart, mind, and soul; meaning— go slowly, picture this state of being, align with the image of health and wellness— of the human body, soul, and spirit of you.  It is this deliberate engagement, agreement, and spiritual walking and moving in the ‘truth’ (wholeness) that opens the door to change, recover, and restorative resurrection of us: the sound-whole of us in all our parts (spirit, soul [mind in its complexities, emotions, will, etc], and body [in all its complexities, areas, systems, functions, and components].  So, please, go through this with deliberation, resolution, spiritual engagement to the highest degree (and more than once), with dedication— to worship God in his image and likeness, in and of the truth (true form, image, and likeness: spirit, soul, body).

Now before we go into blessing, praying for, walking spiritually in affirmations— from heart and mind coherence, and enforcing our authority in and of our own person, toward our person— in and of Christ Jesus; I would like to mention that running our vehicles (bodies) into the ground— at the same time as making affirmation prayers and declarations— is going to be counter intuitive to health and wellness.  I think at this point in our lives, we know that we ought to be taking care of our physical human vehicles— like we ought to take care of our literal automotive vehicles: proper care and maintenance goes a long way.  But, again, I understand that many of us are in need of regrouping, correction, new resolution and follow through toward this endeavor, and there is grace for this: but we still need to get moving in the areas that need improvement— even if it’s a few minutes here and there throughout the day, a few changes in our dietary nutrition, movement and strength training, water intake, rest at— and for— reasonable times and durations, etc and so on: the beautifully, wonderfully made vehicles our Lord has given us— need routine care to function optimally; and to disregard this aspect to our healing intentions— would be a failure on our responsibility and part to our health and wellness: our intentions and actions matter.  

We are the ones who are co-creating our lives with God in this realm, and dimension of (the material).  God will force no man to ‘partake in life,’ nor will he force any man to partake in life a ‘certain way:’ that is each man’s free will choice.  But I have learned there are reasons why we do not— if we don’t; and reasons why we do— if we do: how we love God, and how we love ourselves.  

You know— it’s not possible for us to love others— if we do not love ourselves: let me explain.  If we do not love (we could stop there) ourselves— we are not active in love toward ‘the body:’ for it starts with our own (person and vehicle): or we are hypocrites— if we can tell a person how to love themselves, but simultaneously not do it unto our own person and body.  And we certainly cannot fulfill the second summation of Spiritual Law in Christ Jesus— pertaining to ‘life.’

Matthew 22:36-40

“Master, which is the great commandment in the law?  Jesus said unto him— Thou shalt love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.  This is the first and great commandment.  And the second is like unto it— Thou shalt love your neighbor as yourself.  On these two commandments —hang all the law and the prophets.”

All the law (and what the prophets prophesied and lived ‘as’) extends from the fulfillment of both of these: first— we love God with all our heart (spirit soul interface), soul, and mind (and in Mark 12:30— strength, effort is added in here too); THEN— it’s critical we understand this part (as the Lord has highlighted this to me numerous times now) —you shall (that means, will, no ifs, ands, or buts, about it) love your neighbor (everyone else) ‘as’ yourself.  Did you know the etymology of the word ‘as’ means— ‘all so, or as such’ and ‘quite so:’ which means— complete similarity: hence why I say if we cannot, or don’t, love ourselves properly— it’s not possible to love others 'completely similarly.’  The word ‘as’ also means— at the same time— simultaneously: which means— to fulfill the law we are to ‘be’ in action of loving ourselves properly, and at the same time as we are doing this— love our neighbor the same: same way, same time— simultaneously.  

{Side note: imagine if all we do unto ourselves— we encouraged others to do— when what we do is dysfunctional— according to heaven’s standard: like eating garbage, not moving all day long, not caring for our mental and emotional wellness— by mediating on the Word, working through and releasing emotional blockages, beliefs, judgments; or running ourselves into the ground for money, pursuits, guilt, shame, performance, or such; if all could see what we do behind closed doors: accountability and honesty— is how we heal, release the old, and come into the new man, the peace, the rest, and the truth.}

So— we cannot fulfill the law— until we can fulfill loving God with all our soul (will, words, actions, belief, character, function), heart (spirit and soul interface— where who we are in Christ’s finished work of spiritual maturity meets our soul expression in the material), our mind (living in and from our Father’s mind— that was of the Spirit of God, in Christ Jesus), and all our effort (strength) and discipline to do so; or we cannot fulfill the Spirit of the Law of Life in Christ Jesus— if we are not actively loving ourselves properly (which includes our spiritual souls, minds, and physical bodies) —at the same time we are loving others, and in and from the spiritual way Christ loves— taking place in ourselves, toward our beautifully and wonderfully made person. Because you are a part of the body--- and you love the other bodies, right? And thus you love yourself--- as God loves you (same, similar construct and function).

It’s imperative— if you have not already done this (but if you do, then, hence, maintain what you are doing) —to garner a physical health and wellness routine with God: concerning the best physical movement practices, dietary guidelines, and spiritual and mental health practices (prayer, meditating on him and his written word, coming through healing and deliverance, releasing old paradigms, behavior, thinking, beliefs, etc) that he would have you to be partaking in.  

This work, though, of what God is bringing forth today— is to compliment your dedication to those health and wellness focuses and routines, by establishing the words, declarations of speaking life into your situations, the blessing of the body and its systems, affirmative outlooks, and enforcement of our heavenly inheritances— as overcomers in this realm— with Christ Jesus: whereby the angelic have much to work with now.  Because— you see, as I said in the beginning— you and I are co-creating our lives here with God: he can bring forward great options for choices we can make— but until we partner with him in the better choices— they are just possibilities; but when we do begin to partner with God— then can heaven ‘come and meet us’ in the new changes: hence we begin to speak of new wine under new wineskins (changes, the new thing).

This is the latter— what to think, how to think it, what to say, what to declare, what to focus on— regarding excellent physical health and wellness; AFTER— you also embark upon your upgraded, or newly established— health and wellness routine ventures— with God, internally, and externally: for he is desiring to take us into the new (changes); where things become different than they were: it takes agreement, it takes yoked work, it takes— changing— to become different, new, and having a different life: with God— ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE: and Christ will strengthen us in ALL THINGS— to ACCOMPLISH (do with victory) ALL THINGS.

I bless you on your journey, changes, pursuits, and newly established lives— in, with, and by— Christ Jesus; as you unify with Life, and live life abundantly— as one (2, moving as our heavenly Father moves, and has his being) —even, and especially— incarnate (in body).

We will pray, engage, commit, gain resolution, garner fortitude, walk in belief, practice patience, and we shall see our manifestation— as we move spiritually— in our bodily soul lives: for that is what everyone does, everyday of their lives: but God’s sons— shall do it with deliberate agreement, workings of faith, and spiritual identity.

• One more caveat— even if you’ve had organs removed or altered— pray, affirm, enforce your authority and belief— that they are in full functional order and presentation: because, after all, we are aligning with eternal LIFE: and eternal LIFE— is full, functional, beautiful, wonderful, and given us IN ABUNDANCE: BELIEVE!!!

Our bodies are made of many things, carbon, nitrogen— but mainly water (oxygen & hydrogen) & light (frequency & vibration) of God’s being (likeness & image): we are literally glowing bio-photons in motion and order: weak electro-communications are always happening from these cellular light emissions: E = mc²:  Einstein’s famous equation proves that energy and mass are two sides of the same coin. 

• Light is pure electromagnetic energy— while your body is made of matter (atoms). However, the forces that hold your atoms together—binding the electrons to the nucleus—are governed by the electromagnetic force, which is carried by photons (light particles).  

So— our electromagnetic, ‘spiritual energy’ (our light, and how we align it) is proportionate to how our ‘elementals’ (our physical bodies) align and manifest— of health and wellness— or not: even science has shown us of the spiritual-electric (light) influencing the physical (atoms).

And so— we shall bless our bodies in all things— but give special gratitude to the elementals, and water in us— and I ask for a special blessing to be upon the structure that the elements, and water, take within us; to come forward in us— as the elements and waters in our Father’s heavenly abode— move and have their being: structured after perfection.  And that the Light of God’s Life within us— comes forward, in all of this, to display and demonstrate, to witness— the kingdom of God, in the land of the living (our bodies); that the Light of God’s very countenance— arise and shine from the vessels of his sons: as we give great honor to our heavenly Father, in all things of Christ Jesus, and the Holy Spirit— given unto us all: 

[Prayer] Father, may we exemplify Christ— in us, by your hand, heart, mind, power, and will.

The Blessing, Prayer (yoking/agreement), Affirmation, Engagement, 

Declaration, Rumination to Manifestation, of true identity— whole & healed

Concerning our physical bodies— 

And the spiritual accompanying components

NOTE:  some of these organs are connected to multiple systems, and so in some areas they will be lightly mentioned— and in other areas— deeply detailed: bear with this process— as it is highly comprehensive, and something I wish I would have had for some time now in my reinforcement of truth, and my meditations with the Lord, the Word of God, concerning— being healed and whole in Christ Jesus— whilst renewing my mind daily, as I pursue Christ to the highest calling.

Brain & Mind (and sensory perception): Because my brain is well-functioning, I have sharp focus, stable moods, and strong memory.

• My brain and mind is always creating— strong attention, quick thinking, clear thoughts, easy recall, fast learning, successful working memory (multiple steps of operations held at one time in my memory and mind).  I have good sleep (I fall asleep fast and wake up rested).  I have sharp senses, steady balance; and my brain and mind system, its physical architecture, operates like a high-speed, perfectly synchronized supercomputer.

• My brain and mind work at peak performance in relation to my neurons and synapsis (new networking and paths are constructed for my optimal health and well being).

• I have optimal, and highly functioning order, bodily— pertaining to my balance of chemical messengers like dopamine, serotonin, and acetylcholine, and GABA.  And as well —I have clean receptors, active glial cells (for all waste clean up & neuron protection), proper neurogenesis, and strong blood flow.

• I have strong cognitive reserves: a dense network of redundant neural connections— based on optimal health and wellness.  And a strong pathology resistance— due to my highly functional rerouting signals— around any damaged areas, as repairs are undertaken.

• I have a highly functional mind and brain— sharp in problem-solving skills and mental agility; as my brain is not only fully functional— but structurally sound, repaired, and restored— in the name of Jesus.

• I am not only capable of continuous learning— but highly functional in continued learning: my mind retains its childhood-like ability to reshape itself in response to new challenges, languages, or skills.  And when major life stressors occur— my mind processes the emotional impact efficiently— adapting to the new realities without getting stuck in prolonged states of anxiety or depression: thank you Jesus for your presence— that of the Holy Spirit of God— to bring me the mind that was in you: I am highly grateful for this mind— and the accompanying physical brain that works synergistically with it!

• My pattern recognition and wisdom is excellent— with decades of accumulated knowledge, vocabulary, and experiences that allow my mind to recognize complex patterns instantly— gaining knowledge —and transforming this knowledge into wisdom.

• I have excellent emotional maturation and self-regulation— via my amygdala (my brain’s threat detector); and it becomes less reactive to minor negatives over time, whilst increasing my parasympathetic nervous system’s strength and function to bring in peace (order and rest).  As I focus on love, compassion, and purpose— my mind and body calms via my limbic system.  And calming it down lowers the production of toxic stress hormones, as well as shifts my brain (and thus my person) out of survival mode and into a state of growth, healing, and creativity.  I am emotionally balanced in that my mind filters out trivial stressors, prioritizes meaningful relationships, has deep focus, and a steady, tranquil, baseline mood.

• Thickening of my prefrontal cortex: with regular meditation, prayer, and focused contemplation there is measurable neuroplastic growth in my frontal lobes.  This results in this area that is acting as the seat of attention and willful planning to be blessed and strengthened in its functions. These spiritual practices act like a workout that thickens my gray matter, granting me profound emotional regulation, sharper focus, and an increased buffer against age-related cognitive decline. And this quiets the frontal lobe, where this creates the profound feeling of deep connectedness, peace, and unity, increasing cortical thickness across the brain– resulting in resistance to depression, moving me through traumatic incidences, and protecting my mind from maintaining emotional trauma or despair.  And with deep prayer and meditation on the Word of God– optimal health of my brain and mind are achieved, blessed, and enforced— in Christ Jesus.

Special Organs Connected to the Brain/Mind System

• Eyes: As my eyes are receiving information and experience in the material realm to my brain and mind— they are in perfect optimal health and wellness.  They present and function with sharp 20/20 (or better) visual acuity, clear focus (at all distances), with vibrant color perception.  Light focuses directly on my retinas perfectly with no other assistance needed (like corrective lenses).  I have crisp details in and of my physical vision and perception in the material body and realm; edges of objects and visuals are sharp and clear in and of both eyes, in both bright and dim lighting.  I have quick focus, from close to far, instantly and smoothly— as my eyes are working in perfect healthy wellness of being and function.  I can see a wide range of degrees to the left and to the right, in my horizontal vision field of view.  

Both of my eyes work together in harmonized unity in judging distance and position accurately in three dimensional space.  I have full color vision as God designed me to have— seeing and distinguishing millions of distinct colors (and combinations of) —of healthy cones in my retina.  I have good contrast ability and function of my eyes— spotting differences between light and dark shades.  I have stable tracking of my eye muscles, for they are in optimal health and wellness in their function; and move smoothly without strain, jumping, or double vision.  The circulation in my eyes is of optimal function, and clears out debris easily— leaving my eyes free of floaters or other accumulated or stagnant debris.  And I thank you Jesus for this abundance of life and prosperity of my eyes, vision, and perception of— in the physical body.

• Ears: My ears send sound and balanced information to my brain.  My auditory system, perceptions and function are in optimal health and wellness of function— presenting a seamless, effortless, and highly accurate translation of the acoustic world around me.  Both my peripheral system (ears) and my central system (brain) are functioning in perfect order, union, and function.  My hearing is optimally functional in its absolute peak— presenting in characteristics such as: perfect acoustic clarity and range— with ultra low detection thresholds— across all frequencies.  I can easily detect incredibly soft sounds (like a faith whisper or leaves rustling).  My ears register the entire human hearing range; I capture both the deep and low frequency ‘thump’ of bass, and the sharp high frequency consonants (like ‘s, f,’ and ‘t’ letters) of speech —with crisp clarity of higher frequency.  I can instantly isolate a single sound or voice from a cacophony of noise, effortlessly suppressing background sounds; while keeping my speech-in-noise comprehension near 100%.  I have zero listening fatigue— because my brain does not have to actively strain, guess, or piece together muffled syllables; I hear clearly, and effortlessly, in the complete wholeness of my auditory system.  

I can socialize for hours without feeling mentally exhausted or experiencing any energetic brain drain.  I have flawless spatial awareness and physical comfort of hearing and perception, with pinpoint sound localization; thanks to perfectly symmetrical input from both ears; and my brain can calculate microsecond differences in how sound waves hit each side.  And this allows me to immediately identify exactly where a sound is coming from without looking.  I have absolute auditory silence whilst in a quiet room; for my ears present a state of clean, resting, silence.  There is no phantom ringing, buzzing, over-stimulation, or clicking (such as tinnitus).  I have perfect structural health in my eardrums, with flexibility, perfectly, and in wholeness of health, responding to pressure changes easily and comfortably.  My acoustic reflexes automatically protect my inner ear from sudden loud noises, and my vestibular system operates smoothly, contributing to flawless balance and spatial orientation: and I thank you Jesus for this life of abundance, health, and wellness— in and of my ears and hearing systems and function.

• Nose: I have a highly sensitive, accurate, and seamless sensory experience, sending reception clearly to my brain; my perception of all environments is vivid and sharp.  My sensory capabilities are excellent, and working in and of optimal capacity and function.  I can easily detect faint, subtle scents in the air from a distance.  I can easily tell the difference between thousands of unique odors, and have rich flavor perception (as my smell accounts for a large percentage of the flavor of food taste complex; and mine is vibrant and layered in its fullness of optimal function).  I have immediate adaptation to tune out continuous background smells, so that my olfactory system functions optimally— ready to detect new odors.  

I have clear nasal passages whereby air flows freely through both of my nostrils without obstruction, congestion, nasal inflammation, or deviation of structure: the architecture of my nasal passages and cavity is excellent, and as God intended, including my sinuses.  I have healthy moisture levels in my nasal passages and cavities, with mucosa being hydrated, but neither dripping wet nor uncomfortably dry; which allows odor molecules to dissolve properly, and be perceived properly, of optimal performance and function.  

I have uncompressed nerve pathways: my pathways of nerve function in and of my olfactory system is of excellent function and capability— transmitting signals easily and with little effort to my brain to instantly function devoid of distortion.  Scents not only are fully perceptive in the physical realm, unto physical understanding, but as well— spiritual: scents evoke vivid memories and emotional responses in me that the Lord and I sort through, work through, to the betterment of my person and life— in union with peace, joy, love, and life: as the olfactory system connects directly to my brain’s emotional center (the limbic system) without hindrance or suppression of optimal function.

• Spiritual Component:  “Lord Jesus, thank you for a fully functional brain and mind: that I have the capacity in mind— which is in and of you— to bring forward the thoughts of God, the principles of God, my true nature, character, form, and depths of spiritual life that you are— that I have been made as; but a brain that is able to interface the spiritual connection between your Spirit and my spiritual-soul identity in and of your very life: as I am an expression of your life essence— in the unique combination that makes me.  I ask of you to make the spiritual connections that I need in the place where my spirit and soul meet (in my heart), and to sever the connections that keep me in negative feedback loops (of trauma, unbelief, lies, false identity, misconceptions/misunderstanding, or hidden/obscured light of my being— as it’s in union with your being): help me to have balanced message, spiritually— and to regain the words of my story— as in heaven, let it be so in my earthly life; as you cleanse my spiritual energy field (memory, emotions, mental thought-life, story) and spiritual charge of: help me release the things that have held me in blockages, hindering or imprisoning my true nature and identity as you created me to be. I thank you that I am able to think clearly, discern properly, problem-solve with your Spirit at the helm— and walk within the spiritual giftings you have built into me: that I have spiritual agility, continued learning— as I yoke to you, and emotional and spiritual maturation and self regulation; as you lead me into all truth, and reveal your wisdom to me in the depths of meditative communion with your Word— in prayer: open my spiritual eyes— that they may perceive you and the truth— all the better, and my spiritual ears— to hear you clearly, and my spiritual nose— to detect the aroma of your person, and an imposter when present.  Amen. And thank you Lord Jesus.”

Tongue, Mouth, Teeth, Esophagus:

• Tongue:  I have seamless breathing, tasting, chewing, and swallowing.  My tongue is pink, healthy colored and in healthy circulation, covered in tiny healthy papillae; and it moves freely without any restriction, free of thick white coatings, or deep cracks or ulcers: for the Lord God is life and life abundance— and he heals all my wounds.  My taste buds perfectly distinguish between sweet, salty, sour, bitter, and savory flavors.  My tongue moves food around in my mouth during chewing easily and without hindrance; as much as assisting in clear, crisp speech articulations.  

• Mouth and Oral Cavity:  My entire oral mucosa (interior cheeks and floor of my mouth) is in uniform light pink color and circulation health; and is continuously moist.  My gums are firm and pink, and hug my teeth tightly— with no bleeding when brushed or flossed.  I have perfect health of my gums (no inflammation), and perfect health and wellness of each tooth (no decay), perfectly strong and in optimal function and structure.  My teeth are structurally whole, clean, and firmly anchored in my jawbone.  The enamel of my teeth is smooth and free of dark spots, decay, or chips.  I can chew the full and wide variety of textures of food, without any pain or sensitivity (such as hot, cold, or sweet).  And my upper teeth align properly with my lower teeth when I bite down (no occlusion, with a properly fixed jawbone and temporomandibular joint and tissues, in and of optimal form, function, and ability).  The bacterial and fungal balance, as well as P.H. of my mouth is in perfect, optimal, function and order— according to the divine design of my Creator, Father, Lord and Savior of me.  I have fully functional, in optimum health and wellness, salivary glands; that produce an optimal amount of saliva— enough to keep my mouth comfortable, and begin to digest food properly, without excess (like drooling).  

• Esophagus:  My esophagus is in perfect, full, optimal health and wellness— with smooth, pale pink color, great circulation and function, flexible muscular lining, free of inflammation or strictures.  My swallowing is completely unencumbered, strong, easily accomplished, and painless.  My lower esophageal sphincter (one way valve) functions optimally, easily, and smoothly, to allow food into my stomach, as it closes tightly to prevent stomach acid reflux.  

• Skin: My skin sends touch and temperature signals to my brain in perfect and optimal function; as well as presenting as smooth, evenly toned, hydrated, and resilient.  I have pores that function as they were designed to by our Creator and Maker of us.  My skin holds proper moisture levels— feeling neither excessively greasy nor tight and dry.  I have excellent elasticity of my skin, whereby it springs back quickly when pinched, stretched, or compressed— showing firmness and yet bounce.  My skin is in excellent working condition to function as the barrier it was designed to be.  It resists irritation, heals quickly, and does not sting or burn; and I have proper nerve function in my dermis and subcutis (aiding my epidermis), and it is radiant and glowing, with proper cell turnover, and microcirculation.  

I thank the Lord that my subcutis layer securely attaches the upper layers of my skin to the underlying muscles and bones, properly.  And as well, my skin works excellent in waste management, removal of toxins, buildup of undesirable elements within the human body in its excretory functions.  My skin keeps my body at the right temperature. It cools me down through sweat, and warms me up by changing blood flow properly.  And the sunlight upon my skin is converted by my dermis into vitamin D, for proper utilization in bodily functions within my sound-whole of me: and I thank God that my skin is a type of armor protection for my body from foreign attack; as my skin fights off infections and foreign invaders: and I thank you Jesus for this life in abundance.  

• Spiritual Component: “I thank you Lord Jesus that my spiritual-soul also has a tongue— where life is found within it.  I shall guard the thoughts of my heart— and thus I shall speak with heavenly tongue— that of life, and not death: I shall speak from the place of union— not discord, with your Spirit and essence of.  Like the oral cavity of the human body’s mouth can decay from what it chews on; Lord Jesus bubble up within me the thoughts of my heavenly Father— as I cast down everything that exalts itself highly within my field and realm of thought-life— that competes with truth, love, peace, joy, kindness, patience, and the rest of our heavenly fruit of Spirit.  Let what I chew on be the Word of God— himself— in logos and rhema as I seek daily communion with your Spirit, unto union with your Spirit.  It is not what goes down into my belly of spiritual things that defiles me— but what comes up and out of me that can defile me, Lord: so I thank you for spiritual discipline of my spiritual-soul as you come forward in me to teach me your ways: that what shall come forth of me— shall be of the union with your Spirit.  And thus the spiritual P.H. of my heart and speech— shall be clean, clear, godly, and righteous— steeped in love, truth, grace, mercy, and dignity— becoming a child of God.  Amen.  And hallelujah sweet Jesus— and your divine being— in and of mine.” 

Digestive System (Elimination, Immune, and Filtering System):  

• My Gastrointestinal Tract: My gastrointestinal tract is in excellent and optimal functioning, as my food passes through effortlessly, from my mouth through my rectum.  My mouth chews food easily and completely as it mixes with my saliva to start the digestion process.  My esophagus pushes the food from my throat down into my stomach; and my stomach sac mixes the food with strong acids and enzymes to turn it into the energetic liquid that feeds and nourishes my body: I thank you Jesus for an optimal, peak performing, gastrointestinal tract and system.

• My small intestine is where most of my digestion happens and nutrients pass in my blood stream, and my large intestine (my colon) absorbs water from leftover waste— and turns it into stool: I thank you Lord that my small and large intestines are in optimal functional peak performance and efficacy— as you designed them to function and have their being.  

• My rectum and anus function optimally and expel waste from my body— as you designed them to— without any undo stress; as I take in optimal water levels and proper food sources: thank you Jesus.

• My solid organs are making important juices such as enzymes and bile to assist my gastrointestinal tract in doing its functions optimally: such as— liver, producing bile to help break down fats in my diet and filter nutrients; such as my gallbladder that stores the bile made by my liver— until my small intestine needs it; such as my pancreas that makes digestive enzymes and bicarbonate to neutralize stomach acid; such as my salivary glands, located in my mouth, that make saliva to wet the food and start chemical breakdown; and such as my teeth and tongue that assist these processes in mechanically chewing and moving the food into my gastrointestinal tract.

• I have proper proportions of stomach acids, digestive enzymes, bile, bicarbonate, and all other gastrointestinal, beneficial, components— that aid my body’s digestion and  utilization of nutrients.  My healthy bacterial count is optimal and fully functioning to keep an excellent barrier and defense against harmful bacteria to my system; and add in my digestive functioning, benefiting my body by helping to keep it in a state of homeostasis.  I have regular bowel movements, passing stool smoothly— at least once (if not a few times) a day; and the stool is well-formed and easy to pass.  I have no pain or cramping and my abdomen feels soft and comfortable— no signs of bloating or distress— as all gastrointestinal systems and organs are functioning optimally, successfully, and efficiently— in Jesus’ name.  

• The gas that passes through my system, as a normal byproduct of digestion, is normal without foul odors; and my stomach is free of swelling or tightness following food consumption; and I have zero acid reflux— as my stomach and valves/gates function optimally, successfully, and efficiently— leaving me free from acid reflux.

• I have steady energy levels, feeling alert and energized after meals— because my body absorbs all nutrients properly— instead of fighting inflammation or fatigue.  And thus I have clear skin, and a healthy gut barrier that prevents toxins and undigested food from triggering widespread inflammation.  And my moods and immunity are excellent: I rarely get physically compromised (ill) and quickly recover if ever I do; and my moods feel stable and supported by healthy gut bacteria that produce— feel-good chemicals like serotonin.

• Because my body’s filtering systems are working at their peak and optimal functioning— I experience steady energy, clear skin, and normal digestion and urination; while my body features a highly complex, 24/7 internal biological filtration network designed to process nutrients, eliminate metabolic waste, neutralize toxins, and defend against pathogens.  I have stable fluid balance through the optimal and efficient filtering, with properly balanced electrolyte management. 

• My kidneys function optimally and efficiently— with smooth filtration and elimination functions: my urine is pale yellow or clear, I am free of swelling in my feet, ankles, or hands, my blood pressure is stable and in healthy range, and my lower back feels comfortable around my kidney areas.  As my kidneys filter blood, fluids, and water-soluble wastes— they function optimally and efficiently— carrying my body through seemingly effortless filtration and elimination of waste products and toxins.  My nephrons and glomerulus properly separate toxins like urea and creatinine from useful nutrients— which are then reabsorbed back into my bloodstream; and I retain and maintain high hydration levels, low sodium load, and steady, normal arterial blood pressure.

• My liver digests food easily without heavy bloating or gas, my skin is clear and free of rashes, yellow tint, or acne.  My energy levels stay steady all day without severe crashes.  And my body processes medications, supplements, or foods smoothly and efficiently: thank you Jesus.  My liver is taxed with toxin removal, digesting and assimilating nutrient delivery, and dealing with foreign compounds; and it does this efficiently, optimally, and orderly— in Jesus’ name.  My liver processes blood directly from my digestive tract, deploying specialized enzymes that break down alcohols, medications, and byproducts— while secreting bile to carry away fat-soluble waste.  And it keeps my macronutrient intake balanced whilst protecting me with minimal toxic exposures— as it deals with harmful substances or compounds: and I thank you heavenly Father for all your protections, and blessing my human body for optimal, efficient, glorious function— in your name.

• My bladder empties completely without pain or burning.  I go to the bathroom a normal number of times throughout the day— without excessive urination; and I do not leak or feel sudden painful urges to go to the bathroom.

• My lymphatic system functions optimally, in excellence of health and wellness as my lymph nodes in my neck, armpits, and groin area are active, fully functional, and efficiently assisting my body in its immunity.  I wake up free of puffy eyes or swollen fingers, and fight off common colds or flus quickly and efficiently— with this defense system in its optimal and successful operations— leaving my muscles and joints easily moving without heavy stiffness: thank you Jesus for my incredibly robust immune system and functions.  My lymph nodes and spleen efficiently care for fluids and cellular debris— keeping a structural mesh trap— for bacteria, viruses, and mutated cells; and my white blood cells inside the nodes— functionally, in peak performance— neutralize these threats, as the spleen specifically filters out my old or damaged red blood cells.  And I shall keep frequent physical movement up (to pump the lymphatic fluid), as I keep sound sleep cycles and schedules, and a consistent micronutrient intake: thank you Jesus.

• My lungs care for the important gases that I need regulated in my body; as they identify and protect me from airborne particulates: and I thank Jesus for a robust set of lungs and functioning pulmonary system.  My cilia (hair-like projections) and mucus capture the airborne irritants, sweep them upward and out of my respiratory tract— while my alveoli filter the gases and expel the carbon dioxide.  And I shall keep a clean air environment— to the best of my ability, along with aerobic breathing and complete absence of inhaled smoke or vapor— to assist my body’s lungs and pulmonary system, and its optimal functioning— in health and wellness: and I thank you Jesus for a divinely designed set of lungs and pulmonary systems within my earthly body.

• Spiritual Component:  “Thank you Jesus that just like my robust physical digestive system— you assist me everyday, Holy Spirit, in digesting the Word of God into the depths of my being: For I live not by bread alone (physical) but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God (spiritual): and I thank you for my heavenly provision of Bread— from that of the Lamb, the Word of God— Yeshua Ha Mashiach, Jesus the Christ, my bridegroom.  And that just like my physical digestive system that eliminates what is harmful to it, fights what is foreign to its health and well-being, and filters all of that out; you cause me to prosper in Christ Jesus— through deliverance and healing of my identity, faculties, and being— as we together eliminate what is harmful to our relationship, your identity, my identity, and the identity of my brothers and sister; as we fight what is foreign to us— as how you made us— that seeks to steal, destroy, or kill our life, and abundance of, taking our inheritance from us; as you help us stand in our identity, authority, and discernment— to rid our being of what needs to be filtered out— to prosper in Christ Jesus.  Thank you for helping me to absorb all the spiritual nourishment that I am in need of, every day, by your Holy Spirit, Holy Word, and Holy Presence in my life.  Thank you for breaking everything down for me to understand, take in, and digest: and like helpful enzymes to the sound-whole of me— thank you for the angelic messengers that work like proper neurotransmitters that bring messages from you to me, and help me digest the truth properly: gaining all the macro and micro spiritual nutrients from every breath of your Word to me.  Thank you for the angelic host that functions like white blood cells— fighting all that stands to harm my person and relationship with you Lord Jesus: as I stand firmly under the blood that spilled for my life— and the reconciled union of us.  Thank you, Lord, for the Holy Spirit that, like the cilia that trap harmful and irritating debris— the Holy Spirit captures the lies, points toward the Truth, and clears all confusion from my being— leaving me able to breathe freely again— as I release all trapped, harmful vapors (dark energy), and send it back from whence it originated.  Thank you Lord.  Amen, and hallelujah— I praise your name in my heart, mind, spiritual-soul, and the sound-whole of me.”

Skeletal System (including teeth & blood):  

• My skeletal system and teeth are in perfect and optimal working order, for they present with a combination of structural integrity, efficient function, and specific visual indicators, such as: my teeth in proper functional order of enamel integrity, alignment and bite, root stability and health, and absence of dysfunction.  

In the area of bones— I have peak bone mass, high bone mineral density, with robust, well-mineralized trabecular (spongy), and cortical (outer) bone matrix— that easily resists fractures.  I have perfect balance between osteoclasts (my cells that break down old bone) and osteoblasts (cells that build the new) —whereby my bones are continuously in proper repair and recover from any damage, even at the micro level.  

I have healthy, optimal, and fully functional spinal curvature (cervical, thoracic, and lumbar), which distributes gravity and mechanical weight efficiently and properly.  My cartilage is thick, smooth, and well-lubricated by my synovial fluid, allowing my joints to glide without friction, popping, or grinding.  I have excellent disc conditions, well hydrated, and of excellent stature to accompany my strong, well designed and established vertebrae of my spine, with proper function and spaced nerves and junction points: I have a well established skeletal structure and functioning of— in the fullness of health and wellness— as my God has designed of me.  

I have a full range of motion pertaining to my joints, moving through their entire anatomical design without hindrance, stiffness, or restriction.  I have wonderful stability of my skeletal structure due to excellent ligaments and tendons that hold my joints securely in place, preventing any hyper-mobility or dislocation during high-impact movement.  

I have excellent systemic and metabolic function: healthy blood production, highly active red bone marrow, with the system of continuously producing optimal levels of red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets.  I have excellent mineral homeostasis: for I have seamless storage and release of vital minerals, maintaining perfect calcium, iron, copper, zinc, magnesium, and phosphorus levels in my bloodstream.  My skeletal system and components include a rigid, resilient rib cage, skull, and pelvis— completely shielding my brain, heart, lungs, and reproductive organs: and I thank our Lord Jesus for this life in abundance of health and wellness.

• Spiritual Component:  “Lord Jesus, just as my body has a foundational structure that supports the totality of my body and all its systems and functions; I have you Lord, in all your truth, love, righteousness, and grace— who speaks to me every day about my value, my true identity, my beauty, character, form and likeness— that is rooted and grounded in your very being.  Every day I chew on, I meditate on, I break down, understand, and gain wisdom about who you are, and who I am— through my time spent with the Word of God.  Lord, it is you who keeps me upright, structured properly in all I perceive, know, and believe.  You both help me move spiritually and physically, and you help keep me flexible to continue my learning and processing in the realm of life experience that you currently have me in.  It is you Lord who helps to order my way, join me fittingly to the rest of your body, and keep me functioning properly in all I am created to be and do: thank you Jesus for being my foundation in the Way, the Truth, and your Life— in me.  Amen and hallelujah, Lord: for in you do I move and have my being.”

Spine, Spinal Cord, Nerves (nervous system): My spine, spinal cord, and nerves are in optimal condition as I move without pain, keep a steady balance, feel normal sensations, and have strong muscles.

The Nervous System:

• My brain processes my thoughts, memories, senses and commands— effortlessly, optimally, and fully efficiently.  And my spinal cord (long bundle of nerve tissue) that runs from my brain-stem down through my backbone and vertebrae— acts as a main communication hub and highway between my brain and the rest of my body: and I thank you Jesus that my brain-stem, spinal cord, and all pathways throughout run smoothly, operate soundly, and in optimal efficiency and function, with no impingements or occlusions— in your name.

• My nerves, the bundles of fibers called neurons that branch out from my spinal cord and brain— reach every other part of my body— known as the peripheral nervous system; and this system is functioning at peak level, optimally, and efficiently as these neurons (which are specialized cells) carry the electrical signals back and forth properly and in order— throughout my entire physical body: and I thank my heavenly Father for an excellent peripheral nervous system, proper and orderly neuronal function— in conjunction with my brain and spinal cord.

I have normal touch— feeling and sensations: I feel light touches, heat, and cold correctly on my skin, and am free of any and all numbness, pins and needles, or burning feelings in the limbs of my body.  I have clear signals from my brain as to where my hands and feet are placed, and my strength and coordination is blessed and in optimal health and wellness according to the divine design of my heavenly Father— in his likeness and image.  

• I have excellent vascular tone and temperature regulation of my body: I have well-functioning sympathetic nerves exiting my spinal column, maintaining normal control over my blood vessels— with no impingement or dysfunction; and this ensures I do not experience unexplained coldness, sudden sweating, or skin color changes in my hands or feet.

• And because of this robust and fully functional and highly efficient nervous system (and components) my movement and posture is blessed and in optimal health and wellness according to the divine design of my Heavenly Father— in his likeness and image.  I have a full range of motion: I can twist, bend, and turn my neck and back easily and with little effort in my flexibility and comfort, free of stiffness.  I have excellent alignment of my ears, shoulders, and hips— as my structure is fully functional within balance and symmetry when I stand: I have excellent posture; and because of this— daily tasks like walking or sitting cause me no aches or pain.  I have excellent postural orthostatic stability: when I rapidly stand up from a lying position, my spinal nerves instantly signal blood vessels to constrict; and this happens seamlessly without causing dizziness, blurred vision, or a racing heart– leaving me with optimal, functional, orthostatic stability.

• I have strong muscles: my legs and arms hold weight easily without shaking— as I strengthen my physical system with regular exercise; and I thus have excellent balance— whereby I can stand on one foot without falling or swaying too much.  I have a steady grip and can hold objects tightly without dropping them by accident; and maintain smooth reflexes as my body reacts optimally and quickly in sudden movements.  My peripheral nerve root health is excellent and my sensations are perfectly functioning and balanced.  My spinal nerve pathways are entirely unobstructed, with symmetrical motor function, as I have full and even strength across both matching muscle groups, on both sides of my body.

• My internal body control is blessed and in optimal health and wellness according to the divine design of my heavenly Creator— in his likeness and image: I have healthy digestion— as my stomach and bowels work smoothly, as they were designed to.  I have steady breathing as my chest expands and relaxes effortlessly, efficiently, and timely— in Jesus’ name.  I have a fully functional bladder that works optimally to hold and release urine properly, easily, and comfortably— as it was designed to.  

• My spinal column is blessed and manifests in efficient mechanical shock absorption of my discs, smooth vascular circulation, and finely tuned autonomic nervous system.  I have healthy spinal discs that cushion my vertebrae and hold them in proper alignment, thickness, and function— fully hydrated and strong in their God ordained functions.  And as I am rehydrated properly and efficiently during sleep— I am restored to my full height, disc volume, and flexibility by morning.  My highly functional spinal column supports clean, uncompromised nerve transmission– thereby aiding my entire autonomic nervous system in optimal health and wellness: my heart rate variability is fully functional at optimal and efficiently performing— as my nerves that exit my brain-stem and sacral spine are communicating perfectly to adapt my heart rate to real-time stress and rest: and I am grateful.

• Activities such as coughing, sneezing, or lifting an object from the floor is done without experiencing any sudden localized pressure spikes or radiating structural pain: to God be the glory, amen.  And I have flexibility without protective guarding: my core and paraspinal muscles do not lock up or spasm to protect any segment of my spine when I bend or twist, because the underlying discs are keeping the vertebrae properly spaced; as I strengthen my body with regular stretching, movement, exercises– slowly, but surely— I am retraining the sound-whole of me back into God’s original design– simply by moving this beautiful body.

• Spiritual Component: “Lord, just as my foundational structure is you— in the Way, Truth, and your Life (as mine is found moving and being from within/from you) —I have my spiritual back-bone found in you as well.  You help me to keep my firm stand in the truth, your way of life— founded in righteousness, love, and peace— even when others fold all around me: you keep me steadfast in my placement of life— in and from the truth.  You feed my mind from the vault of the depths of truth, love, peace, and righteousness— that is yours; and my spiritual sound-whole of me benefits from this spiritual connection to you; and I am fed from the innermost to the outermost of me: I feel what you feel, I see what you see, I hear what you hear— as we move together in this life as one cohesive spiritual entity— in and of your Holy Spirit, Yeshua: and I am eternally grateful that you are simply— who you are— and unto me, personally.  Thank you for keeping my spiritual movement in alignment with yours, and my spiritual posture— upright and balanced, strong, and under disciplined control of my person— via my spiritual connection, interfacing, and agreement with your Holy Spirit: help me to remain uncompromised in my likeness and image that is a direct reflection of your very life, Jesus: both strong and firm, unguarded (as you move with me in life, guiding me, protecting me, and providing for me— of your very person), and flexible in my continued learning, growing into spiritual maturity.  Thank you Yeshua Ha Mashiach, Jesus the Christ— in all you are doing in my life, both to my spiritual identity— and my physical expression of life: for they are intimately united— as we are: amen, and hallelujah, Lord: for thine is the glory, amen, and amen.”

Heart & Circulatory System: my heart and circulatory system shows optimal function through key physical measurements like my low resting heart rate and normal blood pressure.

The Main Organs and Structures:

• My heart acts as the pump to keep my blood moving with its four chambers (2 atria and 2 ventricles), and its valves keep my blood flowing in one proper direction: thank you Jesus.  

• My arteries are strong muscular blood vessels that carry my oxygen-rich blood away from my heart to the rest of my body, as well as my pulmonary artery which goes to my lungs; and these arteries are fully functioning in optimal order and peak performance— in Jesus’ name.  

• My veins are my blood vessels that carry oxygen-poor blood back toward my heart for exchange and reoxygenation, and contain special valves to stop blood from flowing backward: and I thank my heavenly Father that they function in optimal health and wellness— in his name.

• My capillaries are my extremely tiny and thin blood vessels that connect my arteries to my veins— and this is where oxygen, nutrients, and waste management swapping takes place between my blood and my body’s tissues.  And I thank you Lord that my capillaries are tiny but robust in their function, and are operating optimally in excellence of health and wellness.

• I have a low resting heart rate and fast heart rate recovery: My resting heart rate is within optimal function and pace– between 60-100 beats per minute, with its average well under 100 beats per minute— as my heart pumps blood efficiently.  My heart rate drops quickly after I stop exercising– and returns to balance for homeostasis and optimal equilibrium of my cardiovascular system. 

• My blood pressure is optimal and within the excellent range of function, as my heart pumps blood smoothly without much strain to my artery walls.  The valves of my heart move in their God designed order– flowing with directional heading as they should, moving smoothly in their ordered and optimal function.

• My physical endurance is excellent, and I have good exercise tolerance: I can climb stairs, walk briskly, or jog without feeling unusually dizzy, overly exhausted, or short of breath.  And my breathing is steady, and returns to the normal pace shortly after I finish physical activity or exertion.

• My circulation is healthy with good blood flow evidenced by warm hands and feet, fingers and toes.  My arteries have walls that are highly elastic, and my veins are strengthened in their proper order and function– with well functioning valves.  My veins are constructed and functioning in their proper order--- and optimal health and wellness, evidenced by proper skin texture, tone, and wound healing function.  I have excellent venous flow.  I have competent valves and patent vessels (fully open, clear, and unobstructed).  My arteries are strong, with thick elastic walls that ebb and flow in proper order and function as my heart works optimally; and have symmetrical peripheral pulses and the unimpeded delivery of oxygen-rich blood to my tissues.  And my healthy arteries excel at nourishment delivery, allowing my organs and muscles to perform under stress without pain.  And I have excellent hair and nail growth due to my excellent circulation.  I can walk, jog, climb stairs, or hike for extended periods of time without experiencing cramping, tightness, or fatigue in my calves, thighs, or buttocks; and my limbs feel perfectly comfortable when I am resting or sleeping.  I have symmetrical and bounding pulse points at my wrists, ankles, and top of my feet.

• I have a quick recovery from small cuts, and scrapes heal at a normal speed because my blood delivers optimal oxygen and nutrients to my skin.  My heart itself is in excellent condition; and I thank you heavenly Father.

• Spiritual Component: “Lord Jesus— just as my heart functions, circulating the blood in my physical body— you are the heart of me circulating your life force through me, and filling me with all truth, love, and goodness of God.  You carry spiritual energy, essence, and vitality— of your very person— into my being, spiritually and physically— everyday of my life: without you I would have no being at all, no heart, no life, nor expression of divine life; for you are the divine expression of Life itself— and I am grateful that in and of you— I can move and have being.  You not only let your Light and Life flow through my entire being, in the sound-whole of me body and spiritual essence, but you keep me steady— in homeostasis and perfect equilibrium— from your very mind, heart, and discipline of your person: for you are the calm and steady voice that moves within me, guiding me, and ordering my steps, as we discover each and every one of them— from moment to moment in our spiritually unified life.  And when life gets pressured, and there is spiritual strain that comes forward to meet me in life, Jesus— you are the directional heading of me; who not only guides me through all circumstances and situations, but who steadies me, keeps me invigorated in my enduring, breathing steadily in and out— of your pneuma or ruach (Spirit); keeping your Light and Life unobscured within me— in the richness of your blood to my tissues and systems: both of my spiritual components and my physical expression of: you keep my story straightened out in my spiritual field of consciousness of life itself, cleansing my blood/life/story/identity; and reminding me that through Christ’s Life— in whom I live and have my being— I can do, accomplish, come through, and endure— all things.  And when I take spiritual hits in the realm of all spiritual life— you heal me and quickly recover me from these scrapes and bruises in the spirit: thank you sweet Lord Jesus, in all you are, and in all you do— toward the sound-whole of my identity, in and out of body: to you be the glory, forever, and ever, amen.”

Lungs & Pulmonary System: My lungs and pulmonary system are in optimal condition as I  breathe easily, recover quickly from physical activity, and remain free of chronic coughing or chest discomfort.

Primary Organs and Structures:

• Lungs: These are my two spongy organs in my chest that are the main centerpiece of my pulmonary system: the right lung has 3 lobes (superior, middle, and inferior), and the left lung has 2 (superior and inferior) lobes— in order that my heart has room.  And I thank you Jesus that they are in full functional order, and established in high efficiency performance; and I have clear breathing, and good physical endurance.  I have ease of airflow, my breathing is quiet, smooth, and effortless.  I feel comfort— no tightness, or sharp pain, or aching in my chest: and I thank you Lord that you have given me excellent lungs, and capacity and efficacy of; as evidenced by my excellence of energy— during walking, climbing stairs, and exercising without getting unusually tired or out of breath; and my skin, lips, and nail beds have a healthy pink or natural tone— with no blue or gray tint to them; and my throat is clear, as is my mucus— in Jesus’ name.

• Trachea (windpipe): this is my rigid tube that is supported by cartilage; and it carries air down from my throat into my chest.  It functions smoothly and efficiently in the transfer of gases, and functions  in effortless breathing— as it moves the air in and out of my lungs— silently and without resistance.  I have a clear and resonant voice: my vocal cords (at the top of my trachea) —because of the excellent health of my trachea— function optimally, healthfully, with a strong voice, free of hoarseness, pain, or discomfort.  I am free of chronic coughing— as my trachea is comfortable as it clears the occasional dust and debris from it— without producing excess mucus.  I have a total absence of wheezing, rattling, or high pitched whistling sounds— when I breathe; and have pain-free swallowing— no sensation of fullness, tickling, burning or a lump in my throat: and I thank you Jesus for the excellence of the health of my body— amen.

• Bronchi: my trachea splits into two main tubes called bronchi: one tube goes into my left lung, and the other goes into my right lung.

• Bronchioles: these are my smaller, branching tubes that spread deep inside my lungs.

• Alveoli: These are millions of microscopic air sacs at the very end of my bronchioles. And this is where my gas exchange happens— as oxygen moves into my blood, and carbon dioxide moves out.

• My Diaphragm: this is a large, flat muscle located right under my lungs, and it moves down to pull air in, and moves up— to push air out.  I have stable core mechanics, and my abdomen moves outward naturally when I inhale— as my chest and shoulders stay mostly still and stable.  I have smooth breathing, and rate of— with no shortness of breath— comfortably breathing deeply, whether sitting, active, or lying flat on my back.  My neck, shoulders, and upper chest are relaxed and comfortable during my normal breathing functions.  I have excellent core stability— my posture feels strong, and my truck remains stable during physical movements.  And my healthy diaphragm causes me to have little to no issues with acid reflux or heartburn— due to its tone that supports my lower esophageal sphincter: and I thank you Jesus that I can do all things through you— including maintaining excellent health and wellness— in your name.

• Upper Airways: The nose, mouth, and throat (pharynx and larynx) clean, warm, and moisten the air before it reaches my lower chest.  I do not mouth-breathe: my mouth remains naturally closed during rest and sleep— preventing dry mouth and throat irritation.  There is no feeling of a lump, tightness, or post-nasal drip (the sensation of mucus constantly pooling or dripping down the back of my throat) whatsoever.  There is no pressure, fullness, or pain around my forehead, eyes, or cheeks: and I thank you Jesus for the excellence of my health and body.

I have an optimal resting breath rate: My breathing feels quiet, smooth, and automatically paced, rhythmically, and optimally for perfect health and wellness.  My breaths while resting are between 12 and 20 breaths per minute— and as I deeply breathe at rest— my breaths lengthen with inhalation and exhalation, at peace, in slowed rhythm.  

I have no breathlessness— I can walk up a flight of stairs, do housework, or carry groceries without gasping for air or feeling unusually tired.  My breathing and heart rate return to normal within a few minutes after I stop moving or working out.

I have clear airways: I do not have any ongoing cough, chest tightness, or wheezing, for in Christ Jesus— I am well established in optimal lung and pulmonary function; and I give praise to his name.

I have, and am enabled in, Deep Breathing Capacity: I can expand my chest fully and take a deep breath in and out without feeling pain, strain, or a ‘catch’ in my chest.  My costal connective tissue cartilage (and all connective tissues) are free of inflammation, and work in optimum capacity and function; allowing my rib cage to expand and contract smoothly when I breathe.

I have minimal and clear mucus, and my airways stay moist and clean without phlegm.  Every breath I take in, and exhale out, is perfectly functional, optimal, and with ease; as healthful oxygen is taken into my lungs, into my pulmonary system, and sent throughout my body, unencumbered, and with smooth flow and release.

I have optimal nose and nasal passage functioning: air enters my body here first, and this is where tiny hairs and sticky mucus catch dust and germs. These passages also warm and wet the air so it does not hurt my chest.  As oxygen enters my nose and nasal passages I have no obstructions: I have a straight septum and my nasal turbinates are functioning in complete health and wellness.  I am free of inflammation, free of allergies, free of over production of mucus, and free of any viruses or bacteria buildup; and my sinuses function optimally, as intended by God's perfect design: all intruders or invasions of harmful substances or organisms— is easily/handily, and swiftly overcome by my excellent function of nasal and sinus functions, and an excellent immune system— in optimal health and wellness (as God guides my immune system by his Spirit in all defenses and assistance).  

My Pharynx (throat), Larynx (voice box) & Trachea (windpipe) are in excellent working condition and function— and free of polyps, obstruction, or wounds: air moves through my pharynx tube to my nose and mouth unencumbered; and my larynx and epiglottis work perfectly when I swallow food and/or breathe through my airway, as my windpipe carries the oxygen unencumbered from my nose through my throat; and the cartilage there is working optimally for ease of oxygen transport.  

My Bronchi work in perfect order, function, and condition: as my trachea splits off into the two branches of bronchi— my breathing is clear and fully functional— due to these unencumbered, in excellent health and wellness, bronchi of my body: and I thank you Jesus, for excellence of my bronchi; as they trap and remove dirt and debris, Jesus, as the cilia work properly and widen and narrow appropriately.  

• Spiritual Component:  “Lord Jesus, heavenly Father, and dear Holy Spirit of God— your breath in me is the Life connection in me— to all that is my true and spiritual identity and being.  You are the superior upper air of me (Spirit), you fill the core of me— and keep me stable in my mechanics.  I breathe— because your breath lives within me: you carry Life into me all the way to the depths of my chest/heart, spiritual identity in my soul-life, Lord.  It is you who gives me the energy of life itself, who keeps me in the pink of health, enduring all challenges of life in this realm (and all realms of life).  It is you who helps me to exchange the harmful vapors of life (spiritual matters that obscure my true identity and light) —and release them and their witness and message; as you help me take in and couple with the truth, the goodness of your life— and hold deep within me all that sustains life, and life in abundance, that feeds me.  Your Life— keeps my life being— breathing in and out of Spirit with clarity, deeply, intimately, and unobstructed in its beauty and relationship.  I am full to capacity of Life— when I am in remembrance of you Lord— and live from the Truth, swimming in the depths of Love and Light: and thus— in and of you— I have found my voice, as an oracle of the Divine himself; as you express your very life toward me, in me, and out of me: in this I experience the goodness of God— in the land of the living (earthly life).  Thank you heavenly Father for the life you have given to me; for in this life journey with you— I am able to see just how much you shine and differ from all that is created; and just how much your Light does shine into the darkness of falsity, illuminating the Truth in every storyline.  Amen and hallelujah, sweet Lord Jesus, Yeshua, my salvation.”

Connective Tissues, Fascia, Ligaments, Tendons:  

• I am in a state of effortless, fluid, pain-free movement, because my connective tissue, fascia, ligaments, blood & lymph, and tendons, are in optimal structural framework and function, supporting, connecting, and protecting every organ and structure in my body— as God designed.  These tissues are fully healthy, and I notice excellent joint mobility combined with total control, minimal morning stiffness, and a complete absence of localized, nagging aches. My posture feels naturally upright and easy to maintain without conscious strain.

• Collagen, elastic and reticular fibers, as well as fibroblasts— all work optimally as God has designed and ordained them to.  My general connective tissue presents with excellent proprioception (my brain's awareness of where my limbs are in space) with rapid recovery after physical exertion.  And they are providing mechanical strength, stores of energy (in adipose tissue), and are linking my other body tissues together— optimally and functionally.

• My fascia [my body's connective webbing] is a continuous sheath of dense and loose connective tissue wrapping around my muscles, blood vessels, and organs— keeping them fully functional, and in optimal order: superficial (under my skin), deep (in musculoskeletal placement), visceral (around my organs), and parietal (cavity walls) in all my layers.  My fascia presents as highly hydrated, bouncy, and adaptable. It feels open rather than tight. It allows my muscles to glide past one another without friction or snags, giving me a feeling of weightlessness.  And my fascia is providing structural stabilization, improving fluid circulation, and healthy blood and lymph circulation; and this reduces swelling, while ensuring proper nutrients reach my tissues efficiently; as well as maintaining my body in upright, balanced posture— naturally.

• My ligaments [my bone to bone stabilizers] —a fibrous, dense, regular connective tissue set in bands made of tight parallel collagen and elastin fibers— are in optimal health, wellness, and function, according to God’s perfect design.  My ligaments present as firm, taut, and secure. They provide a feeling of rock-solid joint stability and perfect alignment, ensuring my joints do not hyper-extend or slip out of place.  As my ligaments connect my bones to each other across my skeletal joints and internal organs— keeping them in proper anatomical positioning, whilst stabilizing my joints (no giving out joints), guiding their motion— they prevent excessive or harmful movement; and they keep symmetry on both sides of my body.  I have full range of motion— I can easily bend, straighten, and rotate my joints to their natural limits without stiffness or restriction; and can comfortably support my full body weight and handle high-impact forces (like running or jumping) without discomfort; and the fluid around my joints— is normal, and in optimal functional order.  

• My tendons [my muscle to bone anchors] are tough, compact, dense, regular connective tissue in my body— made of parallel bundles of collagen fibers; and they are working in proper and optimal functional order: as God has designed them to.  And my tendons present as springy, resilient, and highly efficient. They store and release energy properly, and function like high-tech catapults, making my tasks like running, jumping, or lifting explosive— yet smooth.  They attach to my skeletal muscle directly— to the bone, and functionally transmit the mechanical force that is generated by contracting my muscles to move the skeleton from position to position.  There is no stiffness, catching, or friction when moving a limb through its maximum range, with my tendons.  My tendons can easily manage intense physical stress—such as heavy lifting or high-impact sprinting— for they are in optimal health and wellness, along with the whole of my body.

• Spiritual Component: “Once again, sweet Lord, we can see that you are our connection to Life itself; and in you we have true connection to all the others in whom you have given life to: this is akin to spiritual connective tissue, union, and fluid and pain-free movement with one another— jointly fitting together in the body of Christ.  The awareness of my limbs in time and space (my body) is highly reliant (that’s my faith) upon your Holy Spirit, the depths of your being, moving my person— through this connected web, womb, or matrix: superficially (consciously) and deeply (subconsciously) moving in alignment with your Spirit, Way, Truth, and Life: so Lord Jesus, Yeshua— my salvation— please align my conscious and subconscious storyline (life) to that of the Truth— in your name: for I am wonderfully and honorably made in your likeness and image: and delight in you aligning me into my true identity in you: to the betterment of the whole of life itself.  You are the keeper of my soul, your brother's keeper, who is the Lover of my spiritual-soul life and being.  I am resilient, fully filled with your living waters, adaptable, living in the weightlessness of Life— where your yoke and burden is light: and in this you spiritually assist me in a balanced, stabilized life.  And just like spiritual ligaments— I am flesh of your flesh and bone of your bone: we are one in and of Life, Yeshua.  You are the anchor of my spiritual-soul life; and like a tendon— you connect my physical moves to that of your Spirit; as you anchor me in Christ (that deep and profound union of sonship with my Father): in whom I have my being, moving from position to position, state of glory to state of glorious ascension in and of the life of Messiah— in my very own life: praise you Jesus, praise you Father, praise you Holy Spirit for being my spiritual anchor to the Life of God himself; so as we can, and are, one— of Spirit: amen, amen, and amen— Yeshua, my Salvation.”

Muscular System:  My muscular system is in optimal functional order, as my body moves efficiently, resists injury, and recovers quickly.  My healthy muscle function is characterized by a balance of strength, flexibility, coordination of my nervous system, and structural alignment.

• I have a full range of motions within my entire muscular system and tissues; I am fully functional at optimal performance in my health and wellness— as God designed my muscular system and tissues to be.  My joints move freely through their complete and natural pathways without stiffness, pinching, or tight restrictions.  Blood flow is unencumbered in my muscle tissues— flowing freely in and out— and carrying away damaged cellular debris or waste.  My movements are fluid, balanced, and coordinated— reflecting strong communication with my nervous system and muscular system.  My muscles efficiently produce energy at the same time that they delay fatigue during prolonged daily tasks or workouts.  I experience minimal or short-lived muscle soreness after strenuous physical activity.  Structurally and mechanically my muscles effortlessly support my skeletal framework— keeping my spine aligned— whether sitting, standing, laying, or moving.  I have symmetrical strength and communication on each side of my body; there are no significant strength or flexibility imbalances between the left or right side of my body, or between opposing muscle groups (like hamstrings to quadriceps).  I am free of chronic pain: I do not experience any dull aches, sharp pains, or persistent muscle knots (like myofascial trigger points) during my normal movements of life: and I thank the Lord Jesus Christ— in my freedom and abundance of life in this way.  

• Metabolic (organs, systems, function— related to muscular health and wellness):  I have an optimal and efficient metabolic rate: because my skeletal muscle is highly metabolic, healthy— with excellent muscle mass— helping to maintain my stable, efficient metabolism and healthy blood sugar regulation.  And I have optimal muscle contractions acting as a secondary pump to help return my lymphatic fluid back to my heart, reducing or eliminating any swelling in my limbs.  

• My liver (the main chemical factory of my body) is storing glucose as glycogen, processing fats, and filtering waste products of my body— optimally and structurally, functioning in the highest capacity— keeping my proteins from breakdown.  And it is processing foods and absorbing nutrients smoothly— without persistent nausea or bloating.  It is stable in energy levels, and I maintain steady daily energy without unexplained or crushing fatigue.  I have clear skin and eyes— whereby the whites of my eyes and skin remain clear, and free from any yellow tint/jaundice.  I have optimal and fully functional waste elimination: my urine is pale, clear yellow, and my stool maintains a normal brown coloring; and as well— I have balanced blood clotting— and do not bruise of bleed easily from minor bumps or scrapes. 

• My gallbladder is in optimal, functional, proper order; I am pain free whilst digesting fatty foods, and I experience normal digestion without bloating or nausea.  I can eat butter, oils, fried foods— without stomach cramps or urgent trips to the bathroom.  I have ideal bowel movements that show that bile is flowing smoothly into my gut; and I am very comfortable— even hours after eating: no gassiness, no feeling of being overly full, no digestive stress, no pain, no biliary colic, no inflammation.  I have a fully healthy gallbladder working quietly in the background of my digestive and metabolic functioning; and it is absent of digestive distress: and I thank my heavenly Father, in Jesus Christ, for this abundance of life. 

• My pancreas is optimally and functionally controlling the balance of my glucose sugar levels in my body; releasing insulin (which is sufficient) to help my cells absorb glucose and glucagon properly— to release stored energy when needed.  My healthy and properly, and optimally, functioning pancreas operates quietly behind the scenes of my body functioning— by maintaining stable blood sugar, digesting food smoothly, without causing any noticeable discomfort.  My glucose levels always stay in ideal parameters for health and wellness— in Jesus Christ; and because the organ itself produces the right amount of insulin, I am comfortable during digestion and comfortable following digestion, without experiencing any cramping.  And with this optimal functional performance of my pancreas— my stools are well-formed, without excess oil, floating grease, or foul odor.  And because of my pancreas’ great health and wellness— in optimal function and performance— I have stabilized weight and energy: I maintain a healthy weight, with normal energy levels, because my body is absorbing nutrients and processing energy efficiently.  

• My thyroid gland is in excellent health, fully functional, and ideally so in performance.  It is setting the speed of my metabolism properly, ideally, and at peak performance and rate; as it releases hormones that dictate how fast or slow my cells convert nutrients into energy.  I maintain a balanced metabolism of steady energy levels and stable physical health— because my thyroid is functioning as it should— as God designed it to— in optimal health, function, and performance.  I feel awake and alert during the day— without extreme fatigue or unneeded nervous energy; and my weight remains stable as I follow my healthy dietary care and routine activities.  I feel comfortable in regular room temperatures, and do not suffer from intense cold or heat intolerance.  My skin maintains optimal texture, and my hair grows easily, steadily, without excessive shedding or brittleness.  And in addition— my moods are balanced: my emotional state feels stable— rather than immense anxiety or deep sadness; because my thyroid is in excellent health and wellness: and I thank you Lord Jesus, Yeshua Ha Mashiach— my Salvation.

• My adipose tissue (my fat cells) —are my energy warehouse, where I store extra energy to be released back into the blood stream— when my body needs more fuel: and my adipose tissue is working optimally, fully functional, and at peak performance levels— as God designed it to.  And because it does work in excellence— my body is enriched through stable blood sugar modulation, steady energy balance and expenditure, as well as healthy metabolic control and function: and I thank Jesus for life in abundance.  My fat cells release the hormone leptin correctly— telling my brain when I feel full.  Excess energy stores go into my subcutaneous fat, under my skin, instead of harming internal organs.  Because my adipose tissues are functioning optimally— my immune system is staying calm, avoiding any chronic, low-grade swelling or stress in my body; and my adipose tissue is reliable: it will release energy smoothly between meals and physical activity.  

• And my brain uses a steady supply of glucose (or ketones during fasting) to power my cognitive and autonomic functions— in optimal, functional, peak performance.

• Because my metabolism is functioning optimally and at its peak performance— I have a smoothly running metabolic system— maintaining balance, homeostasis, providing steady energy, stable blood sugar, and healthy organ communication.

• Spiritual Component:  “Sir, just like a physical muscular system of a material body— you are my strength: I have my being in and of you— and I move from your strength, will, and desire that I exist at all: you take pleasure in my life— and my life— takes pleasure in you, Sir.  You keep me balanced, strong, flexible, and coordinated by your Spirit— in the sound-whole of my life and being: you are my spiritual nervous system and the structural alignment of me, in every way: may you keep me in deep, intimate, unified spiritual life with your storyline of who you are— and thus— keeping me in my identity found in and of you: like the coordinated spiritual muscle of my spiritual-soul identity, as well as the spiritual connection to my true identity— and my connection to all my brothers and sisters in Spirit, too.  You give unto me a full range of spiritual movement of life.  You keep me healthy in spiritual muscle mass (your Life), and keep me from improperly folding up— like misshapen proteins in my structure and function: keeping me from breaking down and mutating in my spiritual shape.  You keep the contents of my spiritual garment clean, white, and free of spiritual jaundice, Sir; as you are the Light of Life that illuminates me in the depths of who I am.  You help me properly eliminate all falsities.  You balance me in sweetness and strength— like the pancreas and muscle— working together to both move in love, peace, gentleness, kindness, and joy; as well as resolute, unmoveable, strong and steadfast in righteousness, truth, and good judgment.  You help me to release love and light of life to those around me— from the energy storehouse of your being; and you keep me awake spiritually, seeing, hearing, sensing, and alert.  I am balanced emotionally— through the power of your Life exalted within me— as I keep my thoughts rooted in the mind that is in you, Christ Jesus:  I am enriched by your modulation of the sound-whole of me, Lord: and I am cognitively me— when I am in union with you.  Praise you Yeshua— you truly are my salvation, and the Light of my life.”

Reproductive Systems:  Because my reproductive system is in optimal functional order and performance, I have a harmonious balance of hormones, a robust metabolic health, and proper structural function.  My hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis is at its peak performance, in relationship to my reproductive organs and system functions.  

• Female reproductive systems: My female reproductive system is highly cyclical, relying on the precise orchestration of my estrogen, progesterone, FSH, and LH (key chemical messengers released by the pituitary gland in the brain that control the menstrual cycle and help eggs grow and mature), as well as testosterone (which is present in smaller amounts in my female system), as it is produced by my ovaries and adrenal glands to support egg development and bone and muscle health: I thank you Jesus for these all working synergistically in an optimal and functional, peak performing reproductive system— in my life.  I have a proper and orderly function of my libido, and sexual functioning.  My menstrual cycles are consistent— and fall within the optimal range of 21-35 days.  The bleeding is manageable— lasting 3-7 days, and without debilitating pain or excessive clotting.  Mid-cycle, my body successfully matures and releases an egg: and my cervical mucus properly functions in clear, stretchy, slippery texture, for facilitation of sperm transport.  My thermal shifts are smooth and proper in function— resolving relatively quickly following the fulfillment of proper organ functions and hormonal changes.  When the egg follicle ruptures— it is a smooth and relatively painless function in my body; and I thank Jesus for this transition from one state to another.  I have well regulated estrogen and progesterone levels— shown by the manifestation of externally clear skin, stable weight, consistent energy levels, and a predictable fluctuation in libido— around the fertile window.  I have normal levels of AMH (ovarian reserve of how many remaining eggs are left), and a healthy count of antral follicles.  The lining of my uterus clears and cleanses itself properly and optimally, and is the right shape in fullness— as God designed it to be, without overly excessive pain, clotting, fibroids, poly cystic ovaries, pelvic floor issues of muscles and ligaments, pelvic inflammatory disease, or endometriosis: and my cervix health, wellness, thickness, and function is perfectly and optimally in order, and in peak performance: and I thank Jesus for this healthy reproductive system.  And because my reproductive system is functioning in optimal and peak performance— I have high physical energy, mental clarity, and emotional resilience— with quick and balancing recovery.  As well— I have no unmanageable cramping, structural aching, or pain during intercourse.  And I am free of any sexually transmitted infections (STIs) or pelvic inflammatory conditions.  I thank Jesus for my balanced hormones of my reproductive system, for these naturally encourage standard fat distribution, stable hair growth patterns, and healthy skin oil (sebum) production.

• Male reproductive systems: Because I have a healthy male reproductive system, I have stable levels of testosterone production, efficient vascular blood flow, and unobstructed anatomical pathways.  I have a robust libido and sexual function.  A consistent and healthy sex drive, as well as physical ability to maintain erections, and proper penile functions.  Not only do I have proper, functional, and optimal performance of my hormone levels— I have strong cardiovascular circulatory health in and to my reproductive system and functions: and I thank Jesus for this excellent health pertaining to my reproductive system.  I have optimal semen production and levels at a microscopic analysis, and a proper volume during excretion.  My sperm possesses high forward-moving swimming capabilities (motility) and normal physical structures (morphology), which indicates strong mitochondrial energy— in and of my reproductive functioning.  The genetic material inside the sperm is well-protected against oxidative stress and damage.  And because my reproductive system is functioning in optimal and peak performance— I have high physical energy, mental clarity, and emotional resilience— with quick and balancing recovery.  As well— I have no unmanageable cramping, structural aching, or pain during intercourse.  And I am free of any sexually transmitted infections (STIs), or inflammatory conditions.  My prostate and testicles are in full function, and optimal peak performance, proper in size, no inflammation, or dysfunction.  I thank Jesus for my balanced hormones of my reproductive system, for these naturally encourage standard fat distribution, stable hair growth patterns, and healthy skin oil (sebum) production.

• Spiritual Component:  “Lord Jesus, just as the human material body has a reproductive system and functions— you help me to re-produce your Life, in and of my own: you help me to be fruitful in your Spirit, fruitful in bringing forth life and life in abundance (righteousness, love, faith, peace, and true spiritual form and likeness).  You have given me the seed of your Life— as you have given me the Life of Yeshua Ha Mashiach, Jesus the Christ— to bring me up in your likeness and image; and you have predestined me to return to his image— as a son is with you Father, in the beauty of unified life.  I am the egg— that without your life— is, well, lifeless and unfulfilled; but with your seed, with your Life— intertwined in with the life you created me in; I am completed, I am fertilized, vitalized, spiritually alive, moving, growing, and taking shape— in you, of you, with you: I am fruit-full: we, together, are co-creating life in the physical body and spiritual-soul person of me, into a mature likeness and image of you— in the unique compilation that is me.  You grow me from the womb— and birth me forth into the cosmos and earth realm, flowing your life (blood) through me— with a complete, beautiful, storyline through my very being: unobstructed, clarified, well established, and well protected against spiritual stressors and damage (like oxidative stresses); as you recover my identity in you.  You cleanse me of all evil, misalignment, obscuring of my light, my life story, my identity, mission, and spiritual functioning— clearing all spiritual fornication and disease from the sound-whole of me (like clearing STD’s, spiritually transmitted dis-eases); and recovery from any spiritual dysfunction of my true identity and scroll written of me.  And I thank you profusely, Lord, for all of your hard and dedicated spiritual work that you are doing— to recover my re-productive life, in and of your very own— in Jesus’ name.  Praise you Lord, in all you do and are. Cellular Bodies & Atomic Structures:  Because my cellular bodies and atomic structure are in optimal functional order, my body experiences peak biological efficiency, as homeostasis and vibrant health.  At the atomic level, I have stable electron bonds and balanced charges that prevent oxidative stress, which means I have clean cellular energy production and tissue repair.  

My cellular mitochondria efficiently convert nutrients into ATP (adenosine triphosphate) without creating excess free radicals— and thus I have sustained physical energy.  My cells replicate, repairing DNA, and healing tissue quickly after exercise, injury, or illness— leading to rapid physical recovery.  

My white blood cells communicate effectively, optimally, and at peak performance to clear pathogens swiftly without triggering chronic inflammation— leading to a strong, and properly balanced, immune response (nothing autoimmune).  

My balanced neurotransmitters and optimal brain-cell membrane permeability— support sharp cognitive function and emotional stability— leading to mental clarity and focus.  I have efficient cell turnover and strong collagen structures that lead to hydrated, resilient skin and fast wound healing.  And my body easily processes nutrients, maintains stable blood sugar levels, and disposes of cellular waste (autophagy) —leading to an optimally efficient and productive metabolism.  

• Spiritual Component:  “Lord, as the cellular bodies of our atomic structure, of the human material physicality has its shape it takes— so does our spiritual structure take its shape and likeness from your own.  We have an energy connection to the Lord God— that of our spirit with your own.  And this spiritual conscious and unconscious connection to your very life— animates our mortal bodies— born of our spiritual construction and components.  We engage our being and identities through our conscious and subconscious foundational beliefs and structure: Lord Jesus, Yeshua my salvation— please align my conscious spiritual-soul life with that of my unconscious spiritual foundational structure encoded in my ‘being.’  My life— comes from your Life— and the blood that was shed for me.  In that blood— your life— you fill me with proper spiritual components, structures, Word and Wisdom— to bring forth Life and Life in abundance.  I trust you to cleanse me from all harmful life structure, to release the wrong storyline and beliefs that hinder my true identity in of your very Life.  I trust you to keep me in alignment and agreement of life with your own; and to see from your perspective— so that my physical body may heal— as my true identity (and my identifying) heals, and becomes balanced in your own.  Lord Jesus, I know that you are keeping me free of harmful pathogens, like spiritual free-radicals, as you cleanse me from all unrighteousness, and self-harm (like autoimmune dis-ease).  And I know that I have proper and efficient turnover— in my spiritual restructuringing (reformation) through repentant turnaround— in and of— the Way, Truth, and Life of you— in me, Sir.  And I thank you that you are my structured life and being— and that you are directing my way, steps, and life, from depths of your own.  I love you Lord Jesus, my heavenly Father, and dear Holy Spirit: and I thank God, in God, for God— and the life you have given me— that I may take part in yours. Amen, amen, and amen, Lord Jesus: to you be the glory forever and ever.”

Electrical Systems: Because my nervous system and cardiac conduction system is functioning in optimal health and wellness— it reflects total physiological harmony. Because these systems control everything from my heartbeat to my muscles and mood— my optimal function shows up across my entire body— synergistically.

• I have excellent cardiovascular indicators— meaning— I have a steady resting heart rate, optimal and efficient pulse per minute; and high heart rate variability— leading to healthy and flexible variation in between intervals of heartbeats— signalling a resilient autonomic nervous system.  I have stable blood pressure: and smooth autonomic regulation of blood vessels prevents any sudden, unprompted spikes or drop— in my body.  

• I have excellent neurological and cognitive indicators: I have sharp mental clarity, fast cognitive processing, strong memory recall, and a high capacity for focus.  I have rapid reflexes: quick and accurate physical responses to sensory stimuli; and I have balanced moods and emotions: stable neurotransmitter signals— which helps to regulate any stress, anxiety, or emotional highs and lows.

• My neuromuscular and physical indicators show that I have precise motor control, smooth, coordinated movement without unintended tremors, twitches, or muscle weakness.  I have efficient, and optimal function of my digestion: consistent, normal peristalsis of my involuntary muscle contractions of my digestive tract— managed by my peak performing enteric nervous system.  I have restorative sleep: I have seamless transitions through light, deep, and REM sleep cycles— regulated by my brain’s circadian rhythms.  

My body’s electrical system naturally functions by including, generating, and relying upon electromagnetic frequencies (EMPFs): and I thank Jesus for heavenly electromagnetic frequencies from his very person— to regulate my soul and body in this realm; whilst blocking harmful frequencies— by the Holy Spirit’s covering around my life, soul, and body.  When electrical current flows— my body efficiently, and optimally, functions to respond with a corresponding magnetic field, created— that is to my optimal health and wellness— per the atmosphere and presence of the Holy Spirit of God; and the angelic host that accompanies me throughout my days and nights: who together— God’s kingdom reigns over my body in heavenly electromagnetic frequency and fields— conducive to life, and life in abundance.  

My body moves charged ions (like sodium and potassium) sending signals— that generate their own endogenous (internal) electromagnetic field: And I thank Jesus for educating me on the importance of eating well, and nourishing my material vessel— so that the charged ions in my body can function optimally, and at peak performance— keeping my health and wellness in life and life abundance: by heavenly direction and provision.  

And because my body is in optimal functional order, and peak performance concerning my electrical systems and functions— my electromagnetic frequencies (charges) are operating within specific and healthy windows of operation:

• My brain-wave frequencies:  My brain operates via millions of neurons communicating simultaneously, creating synchronized electrical pulses; and these are categorized by frequencies (measured in Hertz, or cycles per second) that correspond to my healthy states of consciousness.

• Beta waves (12-30 Hz) are dominant during my active thinking, focusing, and logical problem-solving.

• Alpha waves (8–12 Hz) are present during my calm focus, light meditation, and creative states.

• Theta waves (4–8 Hz) are occurring during my deep relaxation, daydreaming/meditating relaxation, and REM sleep.

• Delta waves (0.5–4 Hz) are active during my deep, restorative, dreamless sleep.

• My heart is my body’s most powerful generator of electromagnetic energy. Its electrical field is stronger than my brain's, and its magnetic field is up to 100 times stronger: and I thank you Jesus for cleansing my heart: because it is crucial to my functioning properly physically and spiritually— as electromagnetic energies/charges— touch both the physical and spiritual in my life.  

Every cell of my body acts like a tiny battery. My healthy cell membranes maintain a specific voltage; and because my body is healthy— these cellular voltage gates open and close flawlessly, allowing nutrients in, pumping waste out, and maintaining the micro-electromagnetic conditions required for my DNA repair and cellular signaling— to be in peak optimal functional order.

• Even though my body thrives on its own internal frequencies— I understand it is also sensitive to external, man-made electromagnetic frequencies (like Wi-Fi, cell signals, and power grids). And I will be responsible about my exposure--- to external long exposure--- to other frequencies— and get distance when possible: but also thank my heavenly Father that my internal systems are robust and well-regulated, so as my voltage-gated channels effectively manage these environmental exposures without disrupting my natural biological rhythms.

• Spiritual Component:  “Lord, just as my physical body has an energy field to it— that field is born of spiritual components; and I ask that you align my physical body with my spiritual identity (in and of Christ Jesus) to be in harmonious union, as one, and in sync with each other— in one solidified expression of a life.  From muscle to mood, Lord Jesus, you assist us in autonomic regulations— both physical and spiritual; and our cognition— is alive in you, where you keep all my spiritual rhythms in order, and in coherence.  We are an electrical frequency of a story— in all its complexities— that demonstrate your supreme Wisdom and creative substance: true glory you are, Lord.  We are a story that at times has had competing dialogue, words spoken over what was written of us; and Lord Jesus I ask that you would help me to be cleansed from the obscuring of my light and life, erasing the falsities, and clearing up the truth in me: keeping me in your spiritual energetic current and flow of Life in abundance; keeping me actively thinking, focusing, logical-problem-solving (like beta waves), keeping me calm in my focus, in my meditation, in my creative states of being (like alpha waves), deep in relaxation— in my daydreaming with you (like theta waves), and in deep restoration of your spiritual energy, essence, and being (like delta waves).  My heart, where we share spiritual union with my soul identity, Lord Jesus, is the most powerful generator of my electromagnetic field— for both my physical and spiritual life; and it is stronger than anything else about me, or any other entity— when it’s in union with your very Life, in Yeshua.  Let not my spiritual energy-battery-charge be stolen or hijacked by any other spirits to be siphoned from, in the physical or spiritual realm of my being.  Keep my spiritual voltage up through your Holy Spirit’s protective field of holy fire, and the angelic wall of protection— unto the sound-whole of my being, in the heavens and earth, sweet Lord, in your name— as you protect my spiritual gateways and storyline spiritual energy field around my body: for my body is held in my spiritual identity, embrace, and field of life— born of your own.  Let the words of my storyline, energy field, memory, and interfacing in the realm of spirit— be pure, truthful, in alignment with yours, and unadulterated, Jesus; for I am a receptor to your transmission, and receiver to your broadcast; and I am broadcasting my union with your life, and my life from your life— at all times in my energy field of memory and storyline: so let my memory and storyline be cleansed by your Life, Lord; and assist me in the remembrance of who I truly am— in and of your Life, and what the words of my story really are— according the scroll you have written of me.  Assist what is being broadcast from my spiritual field around my body— to be cognitively in line with the truth of my scroll— and to release and renounce all that is not in true coherence with what you wrote of me, or designed of my life.  Keep me balanced in my proper spiritual-energetic charge— and help me to release all that is not in resonance with my true identity in and of you, Sir.  Help me to cleanse the spiritual story-field of my life that is the shadow or aura of light that surrounds the sound-whole of me, Sir; that I may demonstrate true, pure, clean, and aligned sonship with my heavenly Father, and also with my true identity: that where’er I go— the true gospel of Christ and the open door to mature union with my heavenly Father, may be known, experienced, and witnessed— in heaven and earth, and all realms and dimensions.  I thank you Lord for clearing up what I am broadcasting of my spiritual identity— physically and spiritually, in all that surrounds me, and what I am connecting to, and living in agreement with.  Praise you Lord Jesus— for you are my salvation, my hope, the life in me, the love of me, the kindness about me, the sweetness of the heavenly being of my Father; and I am eternally grateful for all you are, and do, on behalf of my Life: to God be the glory, forever and ever, amen, and amen.”

Water and Oxygen:  I thank Jesus that he provides water and oxygen to my body— optimally, and in abundance: and thus my water and oxygen work together properly in my body— making me feel energized, focused, and physically balanced.  

• Physical Signs: I have clear, pale yellow urine: and this shows that my body has enough water to clean out waste. I have warm, pink or healthy colored skin: I have good blood flow that brings oxygen to my skin.  I have a steady heartbeat: my heart pumps blood easily without working too hard— throughout my entire body. I have easy breathing: my lungs take in air smoothly without shortness of breath.  I have good muscle strength: my muscles move well and do not cramp easily.  I have regular, optimal, functional bowel movements— of sufficient fluid preventing constipation, as cellular oxygen maintains my gut motility.  I have no dry mouth or bad breath: I have constant saliva production, well balanced, which keeps oral bacteria low, fungal load— low, and protects my teeth.  My body temperature— because of excellent water and oxygen regulation in my body— is stable, and I can easily sweat to cool myself down or maintain my warmth in cold environments.  The plentiful water in my system keeps minerals safely diluted in my urinary tract.

• Mental Signs:  I have high energy, feel awake and ready for my daily tasks.  I have clear focus— my brain thinks fast and remembers things well.  I have good moods— my brain chemicals stay balanced— keeping me calm and happy.  I am headache free— my head feels light and pain-free.  

• Spiritual Component: “Lord Jesus— you are the water and oxygen of my life.  You feed me your very life in abundance.  You are the air I breathe (the Spirit of me), and spiritual movement and animation of my life that I move from.  You are the substance that fills my thirst for truth, love, peace, and righteousness— who energizes, focuses, and balances the sound-whole of me.  You keep me free-flowing in your ruach or Spirit, not stagnant or blocked in life and life in abundance.  You maintain my spiritual and physical environment— and keep me in health and wellness, in harmony— by my agreement and yoking with your Life.  And in that union— I am truly, spiritually, and physically alive, awake, energized, aligned, corrected, restructured, made anew, and unified with (and by) your very Life.  And you cause me to be ready for my daily tasks, with clear focus and remembrance— of who you are, and who I am— and what we spiritually and physically consist of— in our union and storyline: you keep me calm, happy, joyous, grateful, stable, peaceful, and in proper spiritual and physical order and wellness— by your Living Water and Light —in and of my very life.  And I will eternally be grateful to you for this; and I shall thank you for your faithfulness in this: amen, amen, and amen— Lord Jesus.  Hallelujah, and praise your holy name: I love you.”

Living in abundance of life— in Christ Jesus, living in the light of our heavenly Father, in Truth and True Form of— makes us free.  When our vision is clear— our whole body is full of the truth (that which is true— is the true form of life in abundance, with and by our heavenly Father— in Christ Jesus).

My systems are restored: life is anew and abundant— true life, in the likeness and image of my heavenly Father, Creator, Maker, and Husband (partner) of me: and Emmanuel— is with this man: praise you Yeshua-Jesus, amen and amen.

“Lord, I thank you with all of my heart for the abundance of true life you have brought forward unto your creation: humanity.  For your selfless sacrifice on Calvary— to the gift given me that is your Holy Spirit, your Truth, True Form— likeness and image— you have brought me back into remembrance and execution of: as I am a son of God— predestined to return to the same as you are, in all my form and functioning.

As I look back at the work you have invested in all of this being brought forth, Yeshua— my Salvation— I am reminded of how you never sleep or slumber— but are always in remembrance of each of us: never leaving us, never slacking in maintaining our lives here in this realm, or interfacing with us as you hold all things together by your love, desire, and power.

I thank you Lord Jesus that I can renew my mind daily, declare truth, love, peace, joy, and wellness— in your name; and enter into it as I step forward in my true and highest identity— found  in you.  And that with man ‘alone’ it is not possible: but man with God (in union) ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE— and through you.  And I take great pleasure in honoring you in the dignity of you— in all your glory: for you truly stand (exist) above all others— in the depths of love, true form and likeness of Light (righteousness), in what is the completeness of glory (dignity): and I thank you that you call me your offspring— through adoption.

Above all that material world life (or life anywhere) could give me— my truest treasure is YOU, Lord: for I am given LIFE— when I am near you, LOVE— when I witness you, PEACE— when I touch your life, JOY— when I truly begin to understand and know you, RIGHTEOUSNESS— as you cover me with yourself— via your Holy Spirit, WISDOM— when I swim within the spiritual vault of your mind, and HONOR— when I move in accord with you.  Lord Jesus, Yeshua Ha Mashiach— I thank you in all that you are.  And I thank you that you call me— yours.

With privilege I lay my life down to your own; and with dignity, love, and grace— you carry me forward into our future: you are a most excellent Father figure— with the depths of our Father’s love and being— in the center of who you are: thank you for creating me, and honoring me with co-dwelling habitation with your Holy Spirit.

I thank you in all the ways you make us one, the same, synchronized, and in unity: for in this unity and oneness— is my salvation, the power of my being, the miracle brought forth of expectation of your goodness, and life in abundance— via, and in and from— true form and light— unobscured and freed to be.

Lord— you make all your children to glory in your name— for you are magnificent in the dignity that you are: your glory shines forth unto generations who see you clearly— and honor your name (character) and true identity: without you— I could not do, nor be— anything at all: but with you— I am limitless, and in excellence of all things— by your grace, love, and peace of your being.

What a privilege I have to call you Abba: and with great reverence and honor— I laud you King of kings, Lord of lords— and the Establisher of all life: and life— in abundance: to you be all the glory, heavenly Father, Creator, and Savior of us: thank you for making a way possible to be one with your Holy Spirit: one day I will understand the fullness of that privilege— in all your glory.

Again— thank you immensely with my full heart, understanding, and gratitude of attitude— Lord; for the abundance of life, and the miracle of— is a grand gesture of ultimate love: may I give it back to you in spades, Sir; and honor your name forevermore— as we manifest true life and form— for all of eternity, and in every realm and dimension: praise you heavenly Father— in Christ Jesus.”
