Psalm 2:4

“He that sits in the heavens shall laugh:

The Lord shall have them in derision.”

I’d like to detail out a short dream I awoke from this morning, of encouragement in the storms of life, as the kingdoms clash (in earthly terms & heavenly), and in all circumstances; that our LORD Jesus Christ is driving our vessel through it all: the Bridegroom-King who fights on behalf of his counterpart and woman, who sits in the heavens and laughs as his enemies are put to derision.

Derision— contemptuous ridicule and mockery; root definition— to be scoffed at: late Middle English: via Old French from late Latin derisio(n- ), from deridere ‘scoff at’.

I’d like to show you the meaning of ‘sits’ in the heavens from Strong's definition of the word ‘sits.’

H3427 - sits

Hebrew: ישׁב

Transliteration: yâshab

Pronunciation: yaw-shab'

Definition: A primitive root; properly to sit down (and specifically as judge in {ambush} in quiet); by implication to dwell— to remain; causatively to settle into— marry:  abide, continue, dwell, ease self in, endure, establish, habitation or haunt (which means— a place one manifests self regularly, and persists in the mind of another), keeps house, marries, remains, returns, settles down, sits down still, or tarries in.

KJV Usage: dwell (437x), inhabitant (221x), sit (172x), abide (70x), inhabit (39x), down (26x), remain (23x), in (22x), tarry (19x), set (14x), continue (5x), place (7x), still (5x), taken (5x), misc (23x).

_____

In essence, the Lord Jesus, properly is set down judging all of creation (like an ambush situation— which means he is not seen but is lurking behind cover, present, but not noticed at all times; who is quietly working, dwelling, remaining, settled into the heavens like a marriage (interwoven and intertwined, directly affiliated and given to), continuing, easing himself into his rule and reign comfortably, enduring, established and remaining established (in reign); it is his home and the place he haunts— or manifests himself regularly in (and also means manifest himself in the minds of his people, coincidingly); and where he keeps his house (the house/dwelling/kingdom of God), remains and returns to, settles down, sits as Most High, and tarries.

When we understand this, and see this all written out— we see the image of the Almighty, high above all principalities and powers, set at/as ‘The Right Hand of God’ himself; and we see him in his true identity (holy, holy, holy, set apart, set apart, set apart— different and above, different and above— all others): and when we truly know him to be this, what do we have to fear in the temporary realm of the earthly?

And when it speaks of ‘laugh’ in Psalm 2 verse 4, it describes it as ‘to play,’ and then defines it as laughing, making merry or mockery (describing it as same), sporting and scorning his enemy.  And ‘have them in derision’ means— he will have them speaking unintelligently (not making sense), laughing them to scorn or mockery: stammering.  He will literally have them stammering over their ineptness.

Ineptness (which is one word that he used as he showed the dream interpretation) means— having or showing no skill, incompetent, amateurish, unsuccessful, inferior, substandard, wanting or lacking, not up to scratch; root definition— mid 16th century (in the sense ‘not apt, unsuitable:’ from Latin ineptus, from in- ‘not’ + aptus (apt).

The LORD (of hosts, of us, of all of creation) sits in his place of constant manifest presence, high above all other powers, thrones, and dominions (self exerted dominances) —and he laughs (mocks them all to scorn at their tiny displays of self-power and deluded reign); and has them stammering unintelligently— in their response to he who sits WELL ABOVE them all in power, reign, capabilities, and execution of.

Ok— we will go over Psalm 2 a little more after the dream.

The Dream: Jesus at the wheel

and with a sword!

____________________________________________

As with most of my dreams (and everyone else’s) I just showed up in a scenario.  I was in a truck with someone named Theodore; I was seated in the passenger seat and he was driving this vessel/truck.

Trucks were created for duties:  they were initially created for 2 purposes— farming (he is the gardener who tends to his garden and planting), and military purposes (he is the captain of the host of heaven).  Trucks were designed for duty pertaining to purposes of workloads:  load capacity, and high horsepower to get the job done.

The name Theodore means— gift of God: and that is Jesus Christ himself.

The name Janet means— gift of God’s grace/graciousness (Jesus who married his earthly counterpart and manifests his spiritual husbandry through her): his bride to humanity.

So, in general— and symbolically, when we see Theodore driving Janet in a truck; we are seeing Jesus Christ driving a vessel, and the gift of God’s grace (his bride and carrier of God’s graces) seated with him unto carrying a load in the earth with a lot of power to get a job done, pertaining to his gardening (tending the harvest field of souls), and the spiritual military presence and power to get this job done.

HE IS THE GIFT & THE GRACE

OF GOD— by ransom unto us!!!

{Side note:

Romans 6:1

“What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace [G5485: graciousness—the divine influence upon the heart and its reflection in life] may abound?”

When understood, now in context, that the grace of God— IS— Jesus Christ and his life; we can understand that to be separate from him, moving apart from him (not unified, honoring/reverent of the Word of God— continuing in sin and iniquity) —we cannot actually be abound in the life of Jesus (the grace of God); for the divine influence of God and his righteousness (Jesus— the gift), his life— is not reflecting in our hearts.  There is a walk required and requited in love/obedience: a new man to come forth.

Romans 6:14

“For sin (soulish leading) shall not have dominion over you: for you are not under the law (outward obediences, inward now), but under grace (he who is Jesus as Lord and one in control, or at the helm of the relation-ship, or at the wheel [G5485: graciousness—the divine influence upon the heart and its reflection in life]).”}

_____

Romans 11:5

“Even so then— at this present time, also— there is a remnant according to the election of grace [G5485: graciousness—the divine influence upon the heart and its reflection in life].”

Romans 12:3

“For I say, through the grace [G5485: graciousness—the divine influence upon the heart and its reflection in life] given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God has dealt to every man the measure of faith [G4102: your conviction and reliance upon Christ Jesus for salvation and the truth, with fidelity to it].”

1 Corinthians 3:10

“According to the grace of God [G5485: graciousness—the divine influence upon the heart and its reflection in life— the life of Jesus] which is given unto me— as a wise masterbuilder— I have laid the foundation (placed Jesus in his proper place unto the people), and another builds thereon (continues this work:) Let every man take heed of how he builds (adds) thereupon.”

2 Corinthians 6:1

“We then, as workers— together with him— beseech you also that you receive not the grace of God [G5485: graciousness—the divine influence upon the heart and its reflection in life— the life of Jesus] in vain [G2756: in emptiness].”

2 Corinthians 9:8

“And God is able to make all grace [G5485: graciousness—the divine influence upon the heart and its reflection in life— the life of Jesus] abound [G4052: excel] toward you; that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound [G4052: excel] to every good work [G2041: action/deed].”

2 Corinthians 12:9

“And he said unto me— My grace [G5485: graciousness—the divine influence upon the heart and its reflection in life— the life of Jesus] is sufficient [G714: able to raise a barrier, ward off, and avail] for you: for my strength [G1411: force (and power of) and ability of abundant miracle power] is made perfect [G5048: complete, accomplished, consummate, and finished forth] in (your) weakness [G769: feebleness and frailty/infirmities].

Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.”

_____

He’s saying— when I am weak— he is strong.  The Lord Jesus is saying— when you reach the end of your power— mine can come forth.  He is able to bring his power, barrier, and avail for us as a victory in strength— when we will allow the divine influence of his life to come forth in our hearts and lives: we diminish— so he can flourish in his life in us: it is not I that lives, but Christ in me!

_____

2 Corinthians 13:14

“The grace of the (life of the) Lord Jesus Christ, and (who is manifest) the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen.”

Ephesians 2:5-8

“Even when we were dead in sins, (he) has quickened us together with Christ, by grace [G5485: graciousness—the divine influence upon the heart and its reflection in life— the life of Jesus] you are saved [G4982: delivered and protected].  For he has raised up together, and made us to sit together— in heavenly places— in Christ Jesus: that he, in the ages to come, might show the exceeding riches of his grace [G5485: graciousness—the divine influence upon the heart and its reflection in life— the life of Jesus] in kindness [G5544: usefulness and moral excellence of character or demeanor, gentle and good] toward us— through Christ Jesus.  For by grace [G5485: the graciousness of God— through the divine influence upon our heart, and by our heart’s reflection of the life— the life of Jesus] you are saved [G4982: delivered and protected] through faith [G4102: your conviction and reliance upon Christ Jesus for salvation and the truth, with fidelity to it/him]; not of yourselves: it/he is the gift of God.

Hebrews 4:16

“Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace [G5485: the graciousness of God— through the divine influence upon our heart, and by our heart’s reflection of the life— the life of Jesus, the throne of Jesus], that we may obtain mercy [G1656: compassion], and find grace (Jesus) to help in time of need.”

Hebrews 12:28

“Wherefore —we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved— let us have grace [G5485: the graciousness of God— through the divine influence upon our heart, and by our heart’s reflection of the life— the life of Jesus, the throne of Jesus], whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear.”

Hebrews 13:9

“Be not carried about with diverse and strange doctrines. For it is a good thing— that the heart be established with grace [G5485: the graciousness of God— through the divine influence upon our heart, and by our heart’s reflection of the life— the life of Jesus, the throne of Jesus].”

Hebrews 13:25

Grace (the life of Jesus and his influence upon your hearts, as your heart reflects his life) be with you all. Amen.”

James 4:6 & 7

“He gives more grace (more of the life of Jesus— the express manifestation of God himself). Wherefore he saith— God resists the proud, but gives grace [G5485: the graciousness of God— through the divine influence upon our heart, and by our heart’s reflection of the life— the life of Jesus, the throne of Jesus] unto the humble.  Submit yourselves then (to him) —to God.  Resist the devil —and he will flee from you.”

  • God gives the life of himself to us— through Jesus Christ and his Holy Spirit— to overcome the works of the devil, the flesh nature, and sin: by the life and presence of Jesus Christ, the gift of God, the grace and power of God given to us.  And this is accomplished when we are sincere unto him, and we submit ourselves unto/under him— as he steers the vessels now: and in this— the devil’s presence and works are removed.

1 Peter 1:2

Elect (you chosen vessels of honor) —according to the foreknowledge of God the Father— through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience— and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ (in our hearts/lives): Grace and peace unto you— be multiplied.”

Ephesians 3:8

“Unto me— who am less than the least of all saints— is this grace [G5485: the graciousness of God— through the divine influence upon my heart, and by my heart’s reflection of the life— the life of Jesus] given me— that I preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ.

Ephesians 6:24

Grace [G5485: the graciousness of God— through the divine influence upon my heart, and by my heart’s reflection of the life— the life of Jesus] be with all those who love our Lord Jesus Christ— in sincerity. Amen.”

Titus 2:11

“For the grace of God [G5485: the graciousness of God— through the divine influence upon my heart, and by my heart’s reflection of the life— the life of Jesus] —that (who) brings salvation— has appeared to all men.”

1 Peter 1:13

“Wherefore— gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end— for the grace [G5485: the graciousness of God— through the divine influence upon my heart, and by my heart’s reflection of the life— the life of Jesus] that is to be brought unto you— at the revelation of Jesus Christ.”

1 Peter 5:10

“But the God of all grace [G5485: the graciousness of God— through the divine influence upon our hearts, and by our heart’s reflection of the life— the life of Jesus], who has called us to his eternal glory —by Christ Jesus; after you have suffered a while— makes you perfect, established, strengthened, and settles you.”

2 Peter 3:18

“But grow in grace [G5485: the graciousness of God— through the divine influence upon our hearts, and by our heart’s reflection of the life— the life of Jesus], in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever. Amen.”

And the VERY LAST verse of the scriptures is this:

Revelation 22:21

“The grace [G5485: the graciousness of God— through the divine influence upon our hearts, and by our heart’s reflection of the life— the life of Jesus] —of our Lord Jesus Christ— be with you all. Amen.”

Jesus is he of the house of David in whom God has poured out the spirit of Grace, through his life, unto us.  He waxes strong in spirit and is filled with wisdom— and given to us all; and is the epitome of the graciousness of God expressed.

His life (the life of God) was made manifest in flesh (and still is) and dwells among us (in us); the glory of the Father expressed; and his life is the graciousness of God expressed, and that in which influences our hearts, and causes the new man creation in Christ Jesus— to be reflected in our hearts, and a witness to his whole creation.

We are, by his life and its influence upon our hearts— saved.  He is the gift, sacrifice, and offering of God— unto a wayward humanity: no man boasts of this of his own works.

He scorns the evil ones, but gives his righteous, loving, and merciful life of power and reign— unto the lowly/humble ones.  And with great power he equips his servants— and because of this equipping— their lives demonstrate the resurrection of the Lord (Most high one) Jesus Christ; as their hearts reflect his glory/image/and eminence and preeminence.  They speak boldly in the Lord and give testimony bearing witness (an honest witness, and experience) of the word of Grace (his life and truth).  And they are granted walking in signs and wonders, done by their hands… in order to testify and bear witness-record of the gospel of the life of Jesus Christ: the grace of God himself.

We are presented before God, and entrusted to his protection by the Word of his Grace (Jesus), that is able to build us up and give us an inheritance— unto those who are sanctified or wholly set apart, changed from glory to glory by him, and come forth as the new man creation in him: purified and consecrated to God: holy.

These are justified, or shown and regarded as innocents, freely and gratuitously by his Grace (the person of Jesus Christ), through the ransom of his life/blood, and the deliverance that is in him.  And by him we have access through our conviction and reliance upon him (Jesus Christ) for our salvation and the truth, and to stay in fidelity to both in our marriage covenant we uphold.  And we stand here with him, and rejoice in pleasurable expectation and confidence of the dignity and honor of him.

The Grace of God, the Gift— the gratuitous life awarded us— Jesus Christ; by him and his influence upon our hearts that cause us to be changed into the new man, and reflect his image and likeness once again— abounds unto many.  These are they who receive abundance of his life, personally, and intimately, as their hearts are changed by him and his influence upon them (the finishing work of Jesus Christ): for he is the gift of righteousness given unto us, who justifies us and proclaims us innocents, because he reigns in life (ours), by his life: Jesus Christ.

The grace of God, Jesus Christ— doth much more abound— than he who is in the world, or the flesh nature of evil:  HE IS THE GIFT & THE GRACE (graciousness and gratuity/reward)

OF GOD— by ransom unto us!!!

Shall we then continue in separation from him, within, in our hearts—thinking that the life of Jesus doth abound in us— God forbid.  For the soulish leading shall not have dominion over those who are given to Christ in the heart, for we are not under outward ordinances, but inward submission to the Son of man, the Word of God, the Gift of God, the Grace of God unto us: Jesus Christ (Romans 8): we are under Grace (or the life of Jesus Christ now, who is in control/rule as Most Highly regarded one within us, at the wheel/helm of this vessel/relation-ship, as he garners divine influence over our hearts— to reflect his life again (likeness and image).

For at this present time there is a remnant of people, according to the election of Jesus Christ (grace).  And through Jesus Christ (the grace of God and the influence of his life upon us), we are not to think highly of ourselves— but of his life in us; thinking soberly (rightly), as God has given us the ability and measure within us to exalt Jesus by faith (or reliance upon him, and keeping fidelity with him as a good partner).

And according to the life of the grace of God expressed, Jesus Christ— the word and expressed image of God in the earth— as our hearts reflect his life in the new man creation he is working and wrought inside of us; he is given to us in this work— as the Masterbuilder.  And we will carry out the witness of this, and unto others, as the foundation has been laid, and we build upon this foundation and witness of the gospel/life of Jesus Christ— with care.

And as we work alongside our Lord Jesus Christ (and those who have gone before us), we are together with him (and them), and working the life of Jesus Christ and his influence upon the hearts of men, as we reflect his life unto others: and we are not called to an empty understanding or walk with God in Jesus Christ— a vain walk/life— but one of the fulness of the life of Jesus Christ in us brought forth.

And God is able to bring his life forth in Jesus Christ, and influence our hearts to this true walk, and fullness of the life of Jesus Christ brought forth in us all (not vain, but full) —unto each of us, and abound or excel in every good work/action or deed— through him; as the Father works his works through us all.

For he says to us all— “My life (grace) is sufficient unto you all, and able to raise up and ward off, and avail for you.  For my strength, force, and power of ability and abundant miracle— is made complete and accomplished, consummate and finished forth— through your weakness” (not our soulish power, but submitting and humility); where our feebleness is known by our own persons, and our frailty— allows his life to rise up, and come forward in us all: this is the husband unto his bride, and the Father unto his children, and the King unto his heirs— in Christ Jesus.

So— most gladly then, shall we rejoice and glory in ‘our’ weakness— so that the power of Christ Jesus and his life— may reign in our members valiantly!!

The life of the Lord Jesus Christ, who is the manifest love of God toward us— and the communion of his Holy Spirit— is with us all: amen.

And even when we were dead in our sins— he quickened us together in his life, by the graciousness of God manifest toward us, as his life is reflected within our hearts; and in this we are delivered and protected.  For he has raised us up together— and caused us to be seated with him in heavenly places.  In that— in the times to come (as are now) —he could show the exceeding riches of God’s grace in kindness— through his life in us (not I that lives, but Christ in me).  And his kindness toward us— is his demeanor expressed of character and gentleness.  For by his life— and its reflection and witness in our hearts— we are delivered and protected, through our reliance upon him and the truth (as we keep faithful to him and it): for he himself is the gift of God given us.

So, let us therefore come boldly to the throne of him (Jesus), so that we may obtain his compassion toward us, and find Jesus to be our help in time of need.  For we have received a kingdom which cannot be moved (him); and so let us have (grace) the life of Jesus Christ shed abroad in our hearts, reflecting the life of God in us; whereby we may serve God acceptably, with reverence and godly fear.

So, in this— be not carried away with a diverse arrangement of varying doctrines taught of men and devils; for it is good that we be established upon the life of Jesus Christ in our hearts/minds/souls; for the life of grace is given to us all: Grace (Jesus and his influence upon our hearts/minds/souls) is with us all: amen.

God gives more of the life of Jesus (grace upon our hearts/minds/souls) unto the humble and reverent.  He says— God resists the proud, but gives grace (the life of Jesus unto us) to the humble ones: so therefore— submit yourselves unto him, and fight against the devil— and you will gain victory in exaltation of the life of Jesus and truth in your lives; and the devil will flee from you.

Elect— according to the foreknowledge of God the Father; those who through sanctification of his Spirit (cleansing of his Spirit, truth, and life of the Word of God unto us), and in obedience to him/it— we are sprinkled with the life of the Son of man, the Bridegroom unto us, the King of kings and Lord of lords— into our hearts/minds/souls: and the Grace of God (the life of Jesus Christ in his dignity) and his shalom (as he is the head of peace) —is multiplied unto us, and in us.

So, unto us who are the least of all the saints (who understand their shortness of the glory of God upon their soulish selves) —the life of Jesus Christ (grace) is given to us: so we preach among the nations— the unsearchable riches of Him.

The life of Jesus Christ (grace) is with all of those who love our Lord Jesus Christ (him as at the wheel— Lord) —in sincerity.  For the life of Jesus Christ (the grace of God, the dignity of God), who brings us our salvation— has appeared to all men.  So, gird up the loins of your mind and be sober (in the mind of Christ), and hope to the end for the life of Jesus Christ that is to be brought unto you, and revealed to you in full (the revelation of Jesus Christ).

The God of grace (the life of Jesus Christ in graciousness toward us) has called us to his eternal glory (splendor and dignity of life— through the Son of man/Jesus Christ).  And after we have suffered a while— he makes us perfect, establishes us, strengthens us, and settles us— in him, whilst in the world and eternity.

For we are to grow in him (grace) by the influence of his life upon our hearts— as we come into the knowledge of him, Jesus Christ our Savior: to him be all glory— both now and forever, amen.

Because the life of Jesus Christ (the grace of God) —that of the life of the LORD Jesus, the Savior— is with us all: amen.

Back to the dream

______________________________

Ok… you may have temporarily forgotten that I was telling you of an encouraging dream, about those in covenant (marriage) with him; who are upholding their marriage union to him.  So— let me recap.

I am in the vehicle (vessel/body) with the Lord Jesus driving (the gift of God), and the grace of God in his bride or partner (me) is seated with him in this vessel, but is not driving (he is); and I, the bride/partner of his (the one who carries the grace of God— Jesus’ life) is noting storms all around us.  I begin to notice raging weather all around our vehicle as we travel the highway (of holiness) in the earth.  There are dark storm clouds and winds, whipping and throwing all kinds of debris (issues of life in the earth, warring), as we drive along this pathway/highway in the earth: both the Bridegroom at the wheel, and his bride seated with him in heavenly places, as well as earthly places of the vessel or vehicle (but he is driving or leading down the path of righteousness, in the midst of the raging of the world and spirits of— with their warring).

I note the storm clouds, dark and ominous— as I see several funnel clouds forming all around us, at the same time: this is reflective of being pressed on every side, and yet not distressing because the life of Jesus is given unto us, with us, and at the wheel driving.

We are in a work vehicle to do a duty here in the great harvest, and unto the witness of the Kingdom of God; and Jesus is the one within us to do this through us, as we are seated with him in authority and dominion (in him), as he wears the crown, and is the glory we carry.

He laughs, a right ole chuckle— as I point out the approaching and raging storms.  You see— those funnel clouds are spirits (whirlwinds), and he is laughing at them; for he has them in derision where he is concerned: all is not as it seems when Jesus is around:  he wields his power and dominion.

I then recalled Jesus Christ at this point in the dream— and said, “Not today satan: in the name of Jesus!”

He keeps on driving— unaffected; which reminds me of Peter in the water when he was bid to come to Jesus, who was doing the impossible feats of God in demonstration in the earth.  I am reminded to exalt Jesus, see through his eyes, remember him in his dominion— and that he DESIRES to show himself strong in our lives (and, indeed, laughs at whomever believes or acts like they are superior to him, or his mature bride who is letting him do his works through them).

The next scene, as he keeps driving— is a revelation of a kingdom built into the earth (literally).  I saw ramparts established within the rocks of mountains, with foliage grown into them, or upon them— of an earthly nature.  This signifies the kingdom of the fleshly (or of the soulish men and women, living in affiliation with the works of darkness); that is ‘one with’ the world and spirits of: intertwined in the carnal, material, or earthly— married.

The next scene following this one, is that of an arena scenario, like a medieval duel of jousting of two kingdoms.  At least— that’s what seemed like it would take place, but it was dark in this arena (meaning, it wasn’t revealed yet); and the Lord and I were seated on one side of the arena, and the opposing kingdom (and its head power representation) was seated across from us.

Now, when I realized this was the layout, I was standing next to Jesus, to his right side: he is seated as the Right Hand of God in heaven and earth (authority and power of God); and to his right side (not the goat left hand) is his bride.  As I was reflecting on the fact that I was SO GRATEFUL we were finally together, the way it was always meant to be; after life started out so separated; I saw the next scenario take place.

I saw the opposing kingdom (the fleshly men and women fathered by satan, and with his minions carrying things out within the earthen realm); I saw the leader stand up— and cast a dagger at the Lord Jesus Christ— in their best attempt to take the Bridegroom out (the King).

Now, in context— he did do this (in his/the apostate church people of his time, fleshly ruled by their father the devil) —crucified him.  But what I saw was nothing short of astounding!

The dagger ‘did’ penetrate Jesus’ flesh body; but his chest was so powerful, it only penetrated the flesh: how fitting, eh?  The crucifixion only dealt with the flesh— not the person and Spirit of God; he was triumphant over satan in that.  And the chest and his power, was pierced on the right breast: his heart was so powerful (the bosom of the Lord), that he just took that dagger, removed it, and it was as if NOTHING really penetrated him at all— only the flesh was pierced; but the supreme reigning Most High God— WAS UNAFFECTED IN TRUTH.

As I watched what began to play out, after this, I began to see the will of God toward his bride; and in the hour that comes upon the earth: as Jesus took up arms against his true enemy, HIMSELF, and protected his true bride in the warfare.

He took me (his bride), and he threw me over a high wall, a refuge, a fortress wall (under the shadow of the Almighty); and from this side (before he went full on into warfare against his true enemy— the host of satan’s army) —I saw only green pastures; which speaks VOLUMES about the shalom of God, the protection of God’s people, in the Psalms— as he declares to us.

I peeked over the wall to observe what was happening in this warring arena— and I saw Jesus— ALONE, taking on them all: all of satan’s armies and hordes.  Now, that’s not to say that he does not utilize the host of heaven in these battles (it likely indicates he does, through them, in addition to his own personal warring as he leads them); but it does state that he is the power that defeats them all: he and his Kingdom.

I watched him dressed in a white garment (this was his armor, and that should speak volumes to us, his bride— righteousness and power lived) —as he decimated the opposing ranks and armies.  They were coming at him in droves (men and women, appearing), and he plowed through them all with his sword (the Word of God): and they appeared as angels of light.

That’s when I heard the opposing horde speak about their own leader— as Jesus was decimating them, while I saw them on the ground, scrambling, and doing their best.  I heard them say— “He is a real winner,” sarcastically, as they rolled their eyes toward those who were fighting on his behalf; but of whom they were WELL AWARE— was inept in his warfare strategies and abilities, against the Most High God.

And that is where the dream ended for me— though I wish I had witnessed some more. 😉

Jesus is the gift given to us, and he is at the wheel and helm of our relationship with him— if we are humbling ourselves and exalting our husband.  This bride of his doing this— is so well pleased to FINALLY be in this place with him.  And she is well pleased to be yoked (married and working together) with him when the proverbial garbage hits the fan in life (and it surely is).  She is adoringly staring at him— even in the arena of warfare (and this is the glory of his life upon her face).

She is wrapped up in adoring him— as the enemy does his best to take him out.  It hardly touches him— only enough, and for the purposes of God— unto the flesh: his love is SO POWERFUL from his bosom— that he pulls this dagger out (the crucifixion) and he moves straight into FULL ON WARFARE VICTORY over his enemies, as if he was hardly affected at all!

And his faithful bride watches him come to blows with the kingdom of darkness, as the storms rage on, and the hordes of hell are released to battle: but he plows through them all, and decimates in his robe of the righteousness of God: the Father, literally, wears the robe of righteousness through the life of Jesus Christ, unto us all.

He sets his woman (bride/wife) on the inside of the green pasture's protection, in the midst of warfare; as she is kept in his pavilion of his love and protection— from the wiles of the devil— in the hour of temptation that comes upon the whole earth.

She watches her valiant husband deal with the darkness, and its ranks; and even the darkness knows it is a defeated foe in the presence of the Almighty:  THE END!!!

I pray this encourages you, in the ways in which it has encouraged me: for he sits in the heavens, and kicks his feet up upon his footstool (the earth), and he LAUGHS at the opposition: as he protects his bride who displays the glory of her husband to the world.

I find this— STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL— as I do him.

The wars will rage, and nations with them: but the Lord will lift up his standard in/toward his sincere people.  And they will come forth with a true witness— in the darkest of times: FOR SHE IS NOT ALONE.  AND HE FIGHTS FOR HER, AS HE PROTECTS HER— when the heathen rage.

Psalm 2

_______________________

“Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing?  The kings of the earth set themselves— and the rulers take counsel together against the Lord, and against his anointed, saying— Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us.

He who sits in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision.

Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure; (saying) I have set my king upon my holy hill of Zion.  I will declare the decree: the Lord has said unto me— Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten you.  Ask of me, and I shall give you the heathen for your inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for your possession (he says this to his begotten Son, and we are in him, and he in us— and he is ruling).  You shall break them with a rod of iron (his own rule); you shall dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel (he is the potter: the author and finisher, he who gives life and takes it, wounds and heals).

Be wise now therefore— O you kings (of the earth): be instructed, you judges of the earth.  Serve the Lord with fear, and rejoice with trembling.  Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little.

Blessed are all those that put their trust in him.”  🥰

Isaiah 40:31

(today’s BibleGateway verse of the day)

“They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.”

We have a MIGHTY Bridegroom!

Nations of the earth— do not let his white robe fool you:

HE IS THE ALMIGHTY, and creation trembles in his presence!!
