Rebuke in Love: and the dangers of the lack

Precarious

Precarious— not securely held or in position; dangerously likely to fall or collapse, uncertain; root definition— mid 17th century: from Latin precarius ‘obtained by entreaty’ (from prex, prec- ‘prayer’) + -ous.

Entreaty— an earnest or humble request; root definition— late Middle English in the sense ‘treatment, management’; formerly also as intreaty.

Entreat— ask someone earnestly or anxiously to do something; root definition— late Middle English in the sense ‘treat, act towards (someone)’; formerly also as intreat ): from Old French entraitier, based on traitier ‘to treat’, from Latin tractare ‘to handle’.

The Lord has been showing me the state of his church; and his bride must do even better than what he’s showing for the church. Technically— the church is to be the set apart ones, and the bride— are the resolute of them, and spotless in chastity and loyalty to the King and High Priest, in purity; as well— ironed out in her fruits of what she is actually walking in and producing in the earth: a duplicate of Christ’s character and fruits— they have become one.

The church is in a ‘state,’ and he is concerned. He keeps saying to me…

“Janet, we are in a precarious position.”

And when I looked that word up further, it has a LOT of meaning that he is desiring to pull forth. Precarious— dangerously likely to collapse, unsafe and uncertain— and has its root in prayer, believe it or not; as well it speaks of entreating people.

Entreating people is to ask someone, pretty earnestly (that means— with great concern to move quickly at this), to do something (in order to avert unfavorable and undesired results); it’s a humble request unto someone. As well, it deals with how we manage and treat people— how we act towards others, and handle them.

He’s been speaking to me about how he corrected his disciples/church (called apart ones); that he had private and group (or public) rebuke/corrections that took place— and it was always because of what he saw happening, heard happening (where they played with spirits not of the heavenly kingdom, or strayed from the truth, or the fruit of his Spirit).

He has been showing me two things, by far and large that are in the church people— unhealed souls (which react in unhealed ways, from inorganic fruit of his Spirit, or illegitimate altogether), and undisciplined souls (unsanctified, and not trained, regimented with his fruits and led of his Spirit); and as well— unable to be disciplined by the Spirit of God through his elders (those who God has placed in parental roles within his body); elders being spiritually not people of a certain physical age— but spiritual maturation, and of disciplined soul sanctification, under his Headship.

Luke 9

40-41

“And I besought your disciples to cast him out; and they could not. And Jesus answering said— O faithless and perverse generation, how long shall I be with you, and suffer you? Bring your son hither.

47-48

And Jesus, perceiving the thought of their heart, took a child, and set him by him, and said unto them— Whosoever shall receive this child in my name receives me: and whosoever shall receive me receives him that sent me: for he that is least among you all— the same shall be great.

54-55

And when his disciples James and John saw this, they said— Lord, do you will that we command fire to come down from heaven, and consume them, even as Elias did? But he turned— and rebuked them, and said— You know not what manner of spirit you are of.

56

For the Son of man is not come to destroy men's lives— but to save them...”

There are SO many examples of rebuke in the scriptures, these are but just a few; and rebuke was not only unto the brethren by our Lord himself— but by his Spirit— through his disciples and apostles that he put in authority by his Spirit— over the brethren (meaning— in a parental role with him).

Rebuking Unbelief → (Luke 9:37-41)

Rebuking the Unclean Spirit → (Luke 9:41-43)

The Disciples' Inability to Understand Jesus' Coming Betrayal → (Luke 9:44-45)

Rebuking Pride in the Disciples → (Luke 9:46-48)

Rebuking Intolerance in the Disciples → (Luke 9:49-50)

Rebuking Racial Bigotry in the Disciples → (Luke 9:51-56)

Jesus' words echo those of Moses' song— in Deuteronomy 32:5.

Moses called the Israelites ‘a warped and crooked generation.’ Jesus' expression in 9:41 uses two Greek words— the first is apistos, ‘faithless, unbelieving.’ It can also refer to lack of faith, as well as lack of faithfulness.

The second word is diastrephō, ‘make crooked, pervert.’

"Oh unbelieving and perverse generation, how long shall I stay with you and put up with you?" (Luke 9:41)

*Quote from: (jesuswalk .com/luke/039-rebuke)

“He sounds like a mother who has come home to a messy house and is dressing down her children. My cheeks would have flushed, my stomach would have knotted up, and inside— I would be grieving for offending him.

Sometimes we need a rebuke to wake us up and show us where we are really headed. Better a rebuke than something more severe.” —Jesus Walk . com

"He who listens to a life-giving rebuke

will be at home among the wise.

He who ignores discipline despises himself,

but whoever heeds correction gains understanding." (Proverbs 15:31-32)

The Lord himself both privately and publicly corrected, and detailed out the errors of the ones under him— as their parental, elder, authority figure, managing them with the Father; his apostles had/have this job as well, and by the lead of his Spirit.

“In Greek, the common word for rebuke is epitimaō, ‘rebuke, reprove, censure,’ also ‘speak seriously, warn’ in order to prevent an action or bring one to an end. Jesus uses the same word in rebuking the disciples in 9:55. It is a word of authority. Jesus rebukes evil spirits (Luke 9:41-43; Mark 3:12; 9:25), diseases (Luke 4:39) , and the elemental forces of nature (Mark 4:39).

It is also a word describing how Christian brothers are to relate to each other in a spirit of forgiveness: ‘So watch yourselves. If your brother sins— rebuke (epitimaō) him— and if he repents, forgive him’ (Luke 17:3). Pastors are to minister with correction and rebuke where appropriate.

Paul says to young Timothy:

"Preach the Word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct (elenchō), rebuke (epitimaō) and encourage —with great patience and careful instruction."

(2 Timothy 4:2)

A related word is Greek elenchō, which has the root meaning ‘bring to light, expose,’ and is used to mean ‘convict or convince someone of something, point something out to someone’ and ‘reprove, correct.’ This word, too— describes the ministry of Christian leaders.

"Those who sin are to be rebuked publicly, so that the others may take warning."

(1 Timothy 5:20)

“He must hold firmly to the trustworthy message as it has been taught, so that he can encourage others by sound doctrine and refute (elenchō) those who oppose it... Therefore, rebuke (elegchō) them sharply— so that they will be sound in the faith." (Titus 1:9, 13)

"These, then, are the things you should teach. Encourage and rebuke (elenchō) with all authority. Do not let anyone despise you." (Titus 2:15)

"And you have forgotten that word of encouragement that addresses you as sons: 'My son, do not make light of the Lord's discipline, and do not lose heart when he rebukes (elenchō) you…” (Hebrews 12:5)

"Those whom I love— I rebuke (elenchō) and discipline. So be earnest, and repent." (Revelation 3:19)

Do you allow the Lord to correct you? Do you allow the Lord to correct you through your pastor or another Christian brother or sister? If part of being a Christian leader is loving our Christian brothers and sisters enough to rebuke them in Christ when appropriate— we must be able to receive a rebuke graciously ourselves and learn from it, rather than bristle at it. Pride prevents us from receiving a rebuke; humility allows us to receive, learn, and grow.”

Every part of my life is bare and exposed— he asked this of me, so that he may teach his other children. I admit when I’ve needed to repent, both to him, and to the brethren— and where I’ve been ignorant or deceived— and where he has brought me into the light and truth. My life is essentially an open book that heaven and earth can read through— and learn from; both the good, and the bad— the ugly, and the beautiful: it’s all a learning experience, and he is greatly patient with us all; but we do have to learn, change, and grow— into maturity, chastity, and discipline.

He has placed and ordained certain of his children for leadership— this is position where we will be GREATLY scrutinized by the Spirit, and held accountable with the blood of souls on our hands if we do not treat Him and his children properly (hence, discipline, maturity, and chastity in the Lord, as the head over us).

He has been speaking to me once again— about the undisciplined soul.

The undisciplined soul— is a soul of excused behavior; it is a soul that refuses to walk as the Lord in their demeanor, character, conduct, disposition and attitude: oh, they have no problem speaking and preaching the truth— but walking in it is another topic altogether.

We can be a people who preach, and teach all the right words and truth— but if we are not living it (he’s a person) —we are hypocrites, deceived, and deceiving others— by our walk of an undisciplined, unsanctified soul— that walks not in the fruit of his Spirit, but in other fruits, of another father (or nature) still yet: this is what we are witnessing to others of him, and his person.

He’s very serious— how we treat one another— we do unto him; and pride not only gets resisted by him, but the prideful go down to the pit— in the end.

He once again is speaking to me about how his children are called, mantled, anointed, and gifted from before the foundations— but if they remain undisciplined in their souls, walking in pride and the unrefined soul— they are still walking with satan, and influencing others to do so (even if ignorantly doing so; the deceived— deceiving others— in the last days).

What we do to the least of these— we have done to him— good or bad; and he’s watching. What are we really witnessing to all?

That is the question he posed to me recently.

(Word from the Lord)

______________________________

“Janet, do my people, who call themselves by my name— even scrutinize their behaviors— or do they excuse them? I am watching— I am horrified by what I am seeing.

I am watching the decimation of souls— callously being steamrolled over— and all the while the perpetrators (in my household) have a smile on their faces; there is a stench of this in my nostrils.

Pride is so pervasive in this household— that they have lost spiritual site of what it is any more; pride has become so ingrained in the lives of my people— that they have assimilated to Babylon— instead of exiting her, and being in the world— but not of the world spirit.

How you treat— what tone, what attitude, what pomp and arrogant stance you display in your voice, in your facial expression, in your lackadaisical expressions— you do unto me, when you do them to another; and it stems straight from an unsanctified (undisciplined and unchanged) soul: regeneration is real, and it’s required, children.

I sanctified myself for your sake— so you too, would see the need for this— and would get washed by the truth; that means LIVE IT, BREATH IT, ASSIMILATE TO IT (which is my Spirit, and at the lead of your actions and person).

How far have we fallen from correction, from change, from humility? How far have we strayed from chastity, love, kindness, gentleness, long-suffering, patience and forbearance?

Do we even know the fruit of my Spirit? And if we do as called out ones— why are we not becoming it, walking it out, and living my fruits— if you and I are actually one inside, in spirit?

I watch, I see, I analyze the insides of men and women— why are you not? Do you know me and my Spirit? If you do— then why have we not come into agreement yet, to conduct ourselves as I conduct myself? And if you do not— do you think it’s time to learn of me from scripture, entreat me in prayer and communion— and assimilate into my image, reformed— more and more by the day?

Because that is, and was, and always will be (whilst this world stands) the desire of my person, and the mission of regeneration and reformation to the souls of men and women.

If we think we have arrived inside, at being ‘all set, and good’ —in the sense of sanctification and unity with God— then you are already deceived; we can be in unity in one area— and not in another; we can be sanctified in one area, and not in another. Every message is for you; every teaching is for you: find out where you stand in all areas— and then see what the fruits of your life really are.

Where you need change— you will only see into those areas— by searching if there is any unclean thing in me. Are we? Because I am— you should be too.

When I see a people who are unwilling to be disciplined and rebuked, and corrected by me (my Spirit), either directly and privately— or through those I’ve put over you— I witness the failure to come out of the fall of the garden; souls— unwilling to be humble, come under authority, and parenthood— by my Spirit, and in whatever way, and whomever I choose to work through.

Children— humility is a willingness to come under me; there are reasons why I have chosen certain vessels to lead in the earth— they come under my leadership— and humbly so; and they teach the brethren, lead the brethren, and interact with the brethren (my children) —by my lead, as I instruct them, and under a disciplined soul. Sure, they are works in progress, but if they are not humble, they are not sanctified, and they treat people callously— they are not mine (they are of another spirit— namely one of an undisciplined soul), and they are not ready to be caring for the souls of my children.

These— have further to go, even if called, chosen, anointed, gifted and mantled— ready, child— is ready; and if we are not— we are not.

We do not step into walking in— what I have not released one to walk in yet; am I at the helm, or are you all?

I have chosen many— but I will also release each into their perspective roles, as I have prepared them; if we are unprepared of the Lord— we are not ready— and must undergo more refinement and discipline; or the alternative is— other souls suffer, because we are walking in what we are not ready to walk in yet— and we will see the demise of both parties in these instances: so children— be sure I have released you, and you are healed in enough areas, disciplined and corrected to my liking— and SURE OF IT— before you embark on anything, that you, or someone else thinks, knows, or says you are called to walk in.

I always lead my children to come forth, in segments, and in order; but if they are unwilling to be corrected or receive rebuke, by my Spirit— they will be demoted, and I have house cleaning to do— before we wreck the souls of my household, in various ways.

Receiving rebuke is easy for no one— but if we are unwilling to be placed in the position to be corrected— fear is involved, and pride is involved; and those things are big deals: those are the 2 traits that satan fell from, as the main issues.

Why are you afraid of rebuke/correction, why are you so staunch— that you believe you are not the one who needs change: all my children need to grow and form into my image. When I attempt to show to you, your areas— through others, or even my own Spirit alone in privacy— do you receive, and sit in it for some time, rolling it all out with me— as to why this would be brought up and revealed— brought into the light?

I am attempting to reveal areas of hidden unrefinement; but if you buck me, and those I have placed in your lives to assist you, that I work through— how are you obedient, and not rebellious— unwilling?

Rebuke stings at first— but sit in it long enough— and you will see my love for you; because I do not desire for you to be used and abused by satan, and his influence in, and over your souls: as well— we are estranged in areas within the soul, if there are places my children walk with demons; and I desire unity, and oneness with my children.

The fruits of my Spirit (and my children will be known by walking in them— not what they say— what they LIVE): love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control; as well as things like— chastity, purity, sanctification, unity with my Spirit first and foremost, forgiveness, mercy, and graciousness: I entreat.

State the definition here again, Janet.

[Entreaty— an earnest or humble request; root definition— late Middle English in the sense ‘treatment, management’; formerly also as intreaty.

Entreat— ask someone earnestly or anxiously to do something; root definition— late Middle English in the sense ‘treat, act towards (someone)’; formerly also as intreat ): from Old French entraitier, based on traitier ‘to treat’, from Latin tractare ‘to handle’.]

We entreat one another, first— you and I in communion and unity— then the brethren, my other children. And entreat is— to humbly request of them, through proper treatment as my Spirit entreats, and manages: it’s management led by myself— through humility and the fruit of my Spirit.

We earnestly request of them— certain things and behavior or actions— to obtain a desire and preferable result; because otherwise, we are left in a precarious position— which is why I keep saying that word to you, that you hardly ever use.

And precarious, once again, means— not securely held, or in position; something that is dangerously likely to fall or collapse, it is uncertain; and the root definition is— to be ‘obtained by entreaty’ (from prex, prec- ‘prayer’) + -ous.

What does it mean, children— to obtain by entreaty? It means to gain something, like a desirable outcome— by entreaty— earnestly requesting others— certain things, behavior or actions— to obtain a desired and preferable result; in order to avert precariousness: the likelihood that things are unsafe, not secured together, not in position— and are dangerously likely to collapse or fall through.

And this precariousness has its roots in prayer: children, what are you really walking in, whom are you really following (which spirit/Spirit), and what fruit are you really displaying— as you pray (petition and entreat) me?

James 4:3

You ask, and receive not— because you ask amiss— that you may consume it upon your lusts.

Pride— consumes upon self exaltation, and self approval; it’s a place where people believe they have arrived— and have not need for more reformation, correction, regeneration or in returning to my image even more— in more areas; and I assure you— if you are in this realm— you have more to go; and especially and particularly— if you believe you do not.

How long will I suffer you?

Please do not forget— Judas was chosen— called and selected; and yet— fell, and fell greatly— whilst inside the congregation of the disciples and apostle. He heard all they heard, he saw all they saw of me and my Spirit— but still chose to not align with me, nor walk in my fruit, nor become a disciplined one under me— which is to love me.

A Judas is more than a betrayer— his name means— praise, or praised; the question is— was their praise and praise unto me, or self?

A Judas— is one who was with me physically, knew the truth, was immersed around those who were true and authentic with me— but failed, himself, to— be spiritually with me as one, in unity and oneness, as well as— walk and live the truth— becoming it for real, assimilating into me, and me— into him; and as well— would not embrace the brethren who walked in humility and authenticity, but instead— walked his own way, believing he would be just fine, because he was ‘called and chosen.’

I have watched MANY of those I have created— fall— because they knew they were called and chosen— but of whom refuse to sanctify, and conform: if one will not sanctify (which I am holy), and will not conform to my image, the truth, my fruits and my leadership (headship) over them… one will fall the same as Judas— for he betrays unity with God, and oneness of Spirit in my fruits, as well as being a disciplined one under me, as well as one who will not follow authority in this realm: this one is still leading self— hence, the satanic carnal nature is upheld.

And despite being gifted, manteled, called, chosen and anointed— they fall.

It is the SADDEST thing I witness; and it’s why I will say in the judgment: depart from me, you workers of iniquity— I do not know you. Regardless of what they knew, what they taught, what they said, what they demonstrated of power— we— they and I— were not one: and that, child— is what matters.

Oneness is humility under my hand, and it is agreement to be with me, led of me, disciplined by me, and to ultimately— become as I am: the image you were made, and remade into.

If one refuses this— they refuse salvation: salvation is atonement, and regeneration, through mercy and forgiveness.

Salvation— is reunion, and reconciliation. Atonement— is for two twain— to be set ‘at one’ again, and regeneration— is how that takes place.

If one denies these— they deny my salvation, my Spirit, my image, and to be made new again (reborn): and one falls away from me, now, and for eternity— by choice (and oftentimes— ignorance).

So, child— we bring forth these truths— in an attempt to save souls; I desire that NONE should perish, but that all would REPENT— and be saved.

The choice is theirs— but they must first SEE the truth; so we pray for their spiritual blindness to be removed, and for the truth to be revealed— by whatever means it takes dear: otherwise— we do not love them— for they must SEE, to BELIEVE— what we say and show; and that, dear— is always love. For otherwise— they do not return to me, my image, receive salvation of the soul through sanctification and regeneration, into obedience and humility— returning to my image and leadership in their lives.

And that, child— leads to eternal estrangement, and torment: all because pride was upheld, instead of thrown down: and that devastates me— that it is all within the capability and scope of change.

I pray they wake soon to what they are truly walking out, dear; for soon— many will be called home; and the time they have been given will expire.

We leave these lessons and words— to those who will listen, Janet; and if they listen— you have won over a brother. If they will not— they will speak face to face with me soon enough.

Time— is of the essence, as it ticks down; examine your souls/lives— and walk bare, and clean— before me; repent, be changed, humble yourselves; because the enemy of your souls that wishes to take you down with him— prowls about, seeking (looking for open doors to him) whom he may destroy.

I am available, I am freely given to all— listen, heed, and repent; for only I know the time each has left: and many will depart from me forever— because they pompously walked in security— delusionally— as if I do not see all.

I know the hearts of men; when I return— will I find faith in the earth (person)? Or will I find rebellion, pride and false security— as satan leads people?

Those who can hear the Spirit of the Lord— take heed— and warn the rest.

Be not fearful of humbly, and earnestly requesting to speak to the brethren in love and rebuke— for their called, chosen, anointed, mantled and gifted souls— are on the line. If you have the means to give to them, that which they require, and you do not— it is sin: teach them, enlighten them, rebuke them (privately or publicly— by my lead), and pull some from the fire with me.

Do not be afraid— be humble, and be brave— as you embrace me, the truth, and the brethren; as we fight the devils who enslave my people.

If not YOU— then whom? If not NOW— then when? If not HERE— then where?

Who will help me?

Ezekiel 22:30

And I sought for a man among them— that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me— for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none.

Will you help me? Will you be humble and obedient? Will you walk in my fruit, and will you assimilate into the living truth?

For I have need of those I can work through and within the earth— for many perish— even the elect, if it is possible in their lives: I pray, we rectify this— and pull some from the fire.

And I pray, Janet— that many see the error of their ways— before it’s too late.

It is love— that corrects; and love— that entreats in and through humility, sacrifice, and a laid down life in servitude to myself, and then— to the brethren.

May we pull some from the fire— with the truth— and the conviction of the Spirit, dear.”

—your Lord God, and Father

H6293 – Intreat (entreat)

Hebrew: פּגע

Transliteration: pâga‛

Pronunciation: paw-gah'

Definition: A primitive root— to impinge (by accident or violence) or figuratively by importunity, meaning— persistence— especially to the point of annoyance: come between, cause to entreat, fall (upon), make intercession/intercessor, lay light upon, meet (together), pray, reach, run.

____________________

Is the Lord trying to get through to us? Is he persistently, even, almost, annoyingly trying to entreat us (humbly request of us) to hear him out on anything? Are we impinged (negatively impacted or affected— that’s the definition)?

He attempts to reach us through prayer, coming between, making intercession and bringing light to things— pointing them out— as we meet together: if we deny him, and do not entreat his Spirit back— we cannot come together, run together, be enlightened and on the same page— walking as one; and something, and someone else (carnality, flesh, or satan) —has come between: and this— is a precarious state to find oneself in.

____________________

1 Samuel 2:25

“If one man sin against another— the judge— shall judge him: but if a man sin against the LORD— who shall intreat for him?”

____________________

This is the point here— are we sinning only against each other— or are we sinning against the Lord himself? What you do unto the least of these— you have done unto me (the Lord).

How are we allowing ourselves to operate? Who are we really entreating? And how are we really judging, or discerning our own souls— and their rebellion and distance from God and his person’s conduct or our— obedience and submission to his authority, and his rebuke or correction?

Proverbs 19:6

“Many will intreat the favor of the prince: and every man is a friend to him who gives gifts.”

This is something else he’s been showing me— be careful, or mindful, discerning— of ‘grooming;’ because he’s seeing ‘grooming’ taking place in the church.

Grooming— the action of attempting to form a complementary relationship with a person, with the intention of assaulting, misleading them, or encouraging or inducing them to commit an illegal act (iniquity, or continued in sin, transgressing the Lord’s way).

He is seeing people in the church— either knowingling, or unknowingly— walking in grooming; complementing, petting, praising one up and down (who is prone to self condemnation or being vulnerable, who gravitate toward kindness through ‘acceptance’), getting familiar with them, and through complimentary means; that when the red flags come up— one is inclined to dismiss the red flag warns of the Lord, the spirits involved, the danger involved— and desire to not cause waves, or rock the boat.

When indeed— the Lord is attempting to show that this boat (relationship) is NOT safe, and not being led of his Spirit.

The deceived— are deceiving others, and leading them astray, whilst influencing others through manipulation and grooming; and the others— are afraid to call out the red flags, step back and away to gain clarity and perspective— as the Lord warns; all because— grooming was successful, and familiarity trumped the red flag warnings of the Lord.

This has been heartbreaking to listen to, as the Lord has been detailing this out, and bringing it forth; the innocent— are being led astray, and the deceived themselves— are deceiving others; and his flock— is danger close to the enemy— all because the enemy of their souls— is not being discerned, and kept OUT.

We are not in times called to relaxation; we are called into current times of discernment— ultra discernment, actually; because danger has entered the house of God: and that’s the most dangerous place— because his sheep let their guard down— because faces and names— are ‘familiar.’

We cannot do this— he told us so.

Matthew 10:14-16

“And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words— when you depart out of that house or city— shake off the dust of your feet.

Verily I say unto you— It shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrah in the day of judgment— than for that city.

Behold— I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.”

Just because we are ‘familiar’ with people— does not mean we let the wisdom and discernment of the Spirit— vacate our vessel, mind, spiritual atmosphere, and recognition of fowl spirits, and their proximity to us. In fact— satan is much more likely to send a Judas, than a Nimrod to you— to deceive you.

“Think about that—” he just said. “Really— think about that.”

There are children of the Lord, who are attempting to bring the truth and the good news abroad— and that is the Lord, on both accounts. These are they who are our fellow siblings in the Lord— whose names are written in his book.

Are we loving them and helping them as we ought?

He said to me….

“Janet— the first thing you do for the brethren and me— is sanctify your soul unto me, in consecration and obedience— learning of me, and being unified (yoked) in this work with me. My children’s names are written, and I have forgiven their legal sentences, and took it upon myself; but this is not a license to continue in sin and iniquity: that’s death.

I am calling people to come out of carnality, out of Bablyonian lifestyle, and into obedience and discipline; I walk in love toward the brethren, and love calls out deception and ignorance— to bring in enlightenment and wisdom: love is so much more than humanity understands.

Walk in love brethren— and it starts with obedience and discipline unto and under me; then— you will demonstrate your humility to serve the others— by my lead and example: you will walk in the truth, be the truth, practice the truth— and you and others will be set free, and remain safe in me.

When you venture out of walking in my ways and truth— you dance with the devil; and love will always point this out.”

1 Timothy 5:1-2

Rebuke [chastise or upbraid] not an elder— but intreat [call near, invite, beseech, call for, pray— ask] him as a father [literally or figuratively— as a parent]; and the younger men as brethren [fellow womb brothers]; the elder women [senior] as mothers [literal or figurative]; the younger as sisters— with all purity [the quality of cleanliness and chastity].”

____________________

Are we doing this? Are we rebuke/correctable by an elder? (one put in authority by the Lord in this realm, and according to position or rank)

Are we entreating them— calling them near, inviting them to come and counsel with us, beseeching and asking of them to oversee and discern a matter— as/like we would a parental role? (because this is what the leadership is for— to perfect the church, bring it into wholeness with God)

Are we recalling in humility, love and graciousness— that the brethren— are our womb brothers of the Lord, and they are worthy to be treated and managed as valuable and precious?

Are we walking in purity before the Lord (chastely and clean) —and sanctified, as well as disciplined in our souls to his lead, and his ways— so as we treat, handle and manage his flock with care that he does? (this is the definition of entreat)

He said— “YES. The whole point of fasting— is to weaken the ‘carnal nature,’ and strengthen your sanctification and obedience to me, the Spirit— and my nature and fruits thereof.

It is hardly for revelation only, or even intimate conversation between myself and you; it is for CHANGE, and STRENGTHENING our bond and relationship: our oneness— as you throw down and out everything else.

If one is simply fasting— because it’s scriptural, or to just be receiving from me— you fast, amiss.

Fasting from carnality, material worldly ways and temptations, comforts of the flesh and it’s desires, coming out of estrangements where we do not see eye to eye— or spirit to Spirit— is the true point and premise of fasting: fasting— is for oneness, and to refine your disciplined soul even more.

It is not to receive of me only, it is to kill off things of you— and to bow to the King, the Priest and your Father— the authority over you. It is to refine, regenerate, sanctify, discipline, sacrifice, serve your God; it is to diminish— as I come forth to rule your vessel and person.

If you are not changing and repenting, refining and being disciplined by my counsels and influence upon you during fasting— then you are fasting amiss.

If you are fasting only to receive revelation, or knowledge— but not oneness, correction, humbling— coming out of errors, and into the truth and humility under me— you fast amiss.

I did not tell the disciples to fast— because they were completely right with me, in unity and oneness with me in all ways— but because they were not; and I had much to show them and teach them about myself, the Father, his fruit to be walked in, and his truth and ways: fasting— is for this, and for unity with your God, to hear him clearly, and to make sure you are walking clean before him.

As we kill the carnal leading, the fleshly desires (like comforts, food, etc) —we exalt the Spirit, humility, servitude, chastity, purity, holiness and oneness.

We do not fast for answers or revelation alone— you ask, but you ask amiss— to consume upon your own lusts; it is the same with fasting— you fast, but you fast amiss— to consume spiritual comforts of what you desire— not what I have need of in you.

Janet, we have far to go— and not much time to get there. My words will continue to be firm and enlightening; but each will have to refine in a personal relationship with me, through humility and obedience— killing pride and rebellion to myself, and my way: and my way is stable; I am the same yesterday, today and forever— and set up authority figures in the earth to use, who assist me; we cannot be a rebellious people to the Lord and his ways— and expect to receive anything of the Lord.”

Job 19:16

“I called to my servant— and he gave me no answer; I entreated him with my mouth.”

Is the Lord entreating us to come— and to give answer to him, either directly through his Spirit to us in private— or through his eldership? And are we HIS servants— or the servants of ourselves?

James 3:17

“The wisdom from above— is pure, peaceable, gentle, and easy to be entreated— full of mercy and good fruit— without partiality, and without hypocrisy.”

The Lord is wise beyond all we can imagine— and he is good; all he does is good, pure, peaceable, gentle and easy to welcome. He does not become partial to one, and not another— he is not a hypocrite— he is faithful and consistent.

Are we?

Are we walking in his fruit, speaking the same to all, treating the same to all— and which is born of purity: peaceable, gentle— and born of his Spirit and his wisdom?

Because what we do in our bodies— we will give account for— scripture tells us so.

May we entreat the Lord and the brethren through disciplined and sanctified (healed/whole) souls. And if we cannot— may we entreat the Lord as to whether we are called to step into ministry unto his children at this time?

Because he has an order to all he does and ordains; and if stepped out of his ordered steps— things fail, and fail grossly.

We cannot afford to fail massively (grossly) with the blood of souls on the line— because we advanced ourselves— before he released us to walk in a measure we were not disciplined (trained up) for yet; we must be under his rule and authority and lead; if not— we not only fall, and greatly— but in leadership— we take others down with us: and there are eternal consequences.

To whom much has been given— much is required.
