Isaiah 49
“Listen islands– (listen) to me; hearken –you people from far;
‘The Lord has called me from the womb;
(Isaiah explaining his ‘calling’ and ‘appointment of position’ unto the Lord God–by the Lord God)
from the bowels of my mother –he made mention of –my name.”
2 “he has made my mouth like a sharp sword; in the shadow of his hand –he has hid me,
and he made me –a polished shaft;
in his quiver –he has hidden me;’ “
3 “And he said to me, ‘You are my servant, Oh Israel (Jacob was renamed Israel–recall this) –
in whom I will be glorified.’ “
4 “Then I said…
‘I have labored in vain, I have spent my strength for nought (nothing) –in vain: yet, surely my judgment is with the Lord –my work with my God.’
5 “And now, says the Lord that formed me from the womb to be his servant, and to bring Jacob again to him…
‘Though Israel is not yet gathered (back together) –
I shall be glorious –in the eyes of the Lord;
My God shall be my strength.’ ”
6 “And he said…
‘It is a light thing –that you should be my servant –to raise up the ‘tribes of Jacob,’ to restore–
“the preserved” of Israel (Jacob):
I also will– “give you” –as a light to the Gentiles, that “YOU, MAY BE MY SALVATION –
to The End of The Earth.’
7 Thus says the Lord…
the Redeemer –of Israel
his Holy One –to him –whom man despises
to him –whom the nations abhor
to a servant –of rulers
(serves –the ‘little’ kings– us)
…
Kings shall see and arises
Princes also shall worship (him)
because the Lord is –FAITHFUL.
and
The Holy One of Israel…
HE –SHALL ‘choose’ YOU.’
8 Thus says the Lord, ‘In an acceptable time –
I heard you, and in a day of salvation –
I have helped you:
I will preserve you and “give you” –
as a covenant –to the people,
to establish the earth,
and to cause (you) to
–inherit the desolate-heritages;
--Wastelands.
9 ‘That you may…
(may– meaning–be able to–because of being made
THE LIGHT and COVENANT–
‘to and for’
–the people, by God.)
say to The Prisoners –Go Forth
(opening prison gates);
to them that are in darkness –Show Yourselves.
(being not ashamed for, in Christ is no condemnation in coming to Jesus about anything, as he is –in Love)
They shall feed in– ‘the ways,’
(they shall digest, assimilate, and become –holy in ‘my way’)
and their ‘pastures’
(comfortable rest and provision) –
shall be in all high places.’
(high places –are worship areas within us and our lives –the THINGS that we ‘give to,’ our time of…etc,
it’s our ‘God,’ or our ‘Idols:’ false gods.)
SO….
TO SUM THIS UP ‘thus far’ …
(and there will be 21 points he summarized in only 9 verses, thus far!!
Isaiah chapter 49 will resume at verse 10
--following the premise points
summarized by the Holy Spirit.)
God has said –to his ‘Bride:’
1. That his BRIDE, he has ‘known’ –since before he put us in our mother’s womb.
2. Has NAMED US –making mention of our names.
3. He made our MOUTHS ‘as’ a SHARP SWORD.
(be careful how we use it)
4. He has HIDDEN US –in the SHADOW of his HAND.
(safe refuge, and his power and might– his hand)
5. He has made us –a POLISHED shaft.
(refined vessel)
6. Has HIDDEN ME –in his QUIVER.
(we are WEAPONS in his quiver– HIDDEN UNTIL
‘deployment,’ like Sniper’s Arrows/darts)…
7. He said –we are his Servants,
*IN WHOM –HE WILL BE GLORIFIED.
(he will be ‘glorified,’ or ‘he will bring glory to himself’ –THROUGH ‘us.’)
And yet, we have been ‘thinking’...
8. “WE HAVE BEEN ‘working’ FOR NOTHING –’seemingly,’ and yet –WE KNOW he is with us.”
(That’s what he just said up there.
‘Man’ –doesn’t that sound true right about now?!
It’s hard working in and for the Kingdom, in ‘blind’ faith/trust, when we cannot ‘see the full end’ and ‘know all God knows.’
But we ‘go forth’ –nonetheless.)
9. He also said, he FORMED US FROM THE WOMB –
to ‘be’ –HIS SERVANTS
*To bring ‘Jacob back’ to him …
(our ‘lost’ brothers and sisters who still yet, need salvation –back to God, FOR GOD –SERVANTS of his –we are.
And even though ‘Israel’ is not yet ‘gathered back together’...)
10. God will be ‘glorified’ –through US– and he will be– ‘our strength.’
(how beautiful, ‘we’ –will bring HIM ‘glory,’ and HE –will ‘become’ our STRENGTH –at the same time: Partnership– Marital relationship.)
11. ‘It is a light thing –that you should be my servant–’ means, it’s not a big deal to God that he loves us and wants the best, and most amazing things for us –including AN INTIMATE RELATIONAL MARRIAGE COVENANT.
He’s saying, ‘we’ make it seem ‘crazy’ that God would ‘choose ME’ –but he doesn’t see it like that.
He sees it as…
‘You are my child, OF COURSE I LOVE YOU and PLAN and ARRANGE for you, PROVIDE for you, and HURT –when you hurt.
I give wholeheartedly; I hold back not.
You must believe me, for I am to be taken word-for-word, and at face-value; if I have spoken it –I WILL PERFORM IT.
I do not think it a ‘heavy’ or ‘weighty’ thing to be close with you, as you see it ‘heavy’ or a BIG DEAL that God should ‘take notice of man.’
I LOVE YOU; I CREATED YOU.
I WILL PROVIDE FOR YOU, and I WILL RELATE TO YOU and –SERVE YOU, which is to say –LOVE YOU.
Your heart ‘for me’ –HAS BEEN SEEN;
I SEE YOU.
I feel –your hurts and your successes.
I JOY FOR YOU, and AMONG YOU!
12. I see it as ‘a light thing’ –that ‘YOU’ shall be my servants –that PULL BACK TOGETHER ‘my Jacob:’
MY TRIBES– Unity of/in the Faith.
RESTORING ‘the remnant Bride,’
‘THE PRESERVED ONES’ –the holy priesthood of Manifested Sons and Daughters –of the Most High and Holy God.
13. I will ‘give YOU’ –as ‘a light’
–to the LOST GENTILES of THE WORLD –
at ‘the end’ of it;
They shall SEE YOU, and they SHALL ‘SEE ME’ –like ‘a lighthouse’
–in a storm: you are my refuge they will find.
YOU WILL BE MY SALVATION –to them.
14. I AM –the REDEEMER –of ‘Israel.’
(that’s spiritually us now– Israel)
15. The Holy One –whom ‘man’ –despises, whom the NATIONS –ABHOR.
16. I AM –a ‘servant’ –to ‘other rulers,’
which is to say, ‘I SERVE those ‘under me’ –little kings, my ‘followers,’ my ‘Jrs.’
17. Other Kings and Princes shall ‘arise’ and they will HONOR ME, and ‘see,’ because I AM FAITHFUL –THE HOLY ONE of ‘Israel’ –
and I CHOOSE ‘YOU!’
18. I ‘heard you,’ – in an ACCEPTABLE TIME, in the DAY OF SALVATION –I helped you, and I WILL PRESERVE YOU…
I will give– ‘YOU’
–as a COVENANT to the people;
I will make ‘you,’ the ‘bond promise’ –SEEN,
a gift to the people of the world...
To ESTABLISH –’my’ EARTH, to RESTORE THE ‘Desolate Heritages’ –
Those are the DESTINIES, the FUTURES of my people, who are ‘perishing’ in ‘their ways.’
You will RESTORE THE DESOLATED ‘lands,’ which are ‘human lives:
Restoring the Wastelands
–seemingly–wasted lives
–RESTORED.
19. That ‘in living my way,’ you MAY BE ABLE TO SAY TO THE ‘prisoners’
(which are my demonically oppressed children)–
COME OUT, opening the PRISON GATES –FREEING THEM!
20. To those that are ‘in darkness,’
you will say to them–
‘COME OUT, SHOW YOURSELVES,
BE HONEST WITH HIM,
for the Lord will NOT SHAME YOU!’
21. THESE SHEEP –you will ‘feed them’ –
IN THE ‘WAYS’
–and they shall FIND REST –
in my ‘pasture,’
which is ‘inside,’
in the INNER MAN –
HIS REST,
his ‘pasture,’
shall be ‘in’
ALL THE HIGH PLACES.
These ‘high places’ –are all the areas of SURRENDER WITHIN A MAN: Mind, Will and Emotions –in submission to ‘my Spirit,’ over ALL OTHERS --HIGH PLACES.
This, Janet –is what I have ‘summed up,’ thus far.’
He is Light and Love– airy, lovely, easily entreated; HE LOVES ‘US,’ and HE’S NOT ASHAMED TO SAY IT, or PROVE IT!
10 “They (the Bride of God) shall not hunger or thirst; neither the heat nor sun –will smite them:
for he that has mercy on them –shall lead them, and by the springs of water –he shall guide them.
Again, God is stating HE WILL TAKE CARE of US –and his MERCIES will go before us.
11 And I will make all my mountains –a way
(issues find resolve/answer–a way),
and my HIGH-’ways’ –shall be exalted.
(I wrote ‘highways’ as ‘HIGH-’ways,’ because he said to; he said, ‘HIGH(er)’ WAYS than YOUR WAYS:’ Holiness, and HIGHer Perspective)
12 “Behold –these shall come from far: and, lo, these (will come out) from the north and from the west; and –from the land of Sinim.”
(Sinim– The land of Sin (Hebrew: סִין), also known as Sinim (from: Hebrew: סִינִים, i.e. the inhabitants of the land of Sin, or the people of Sin)
13 “Sing –heavens
(literal and metaphorical/heavens–spirits);
and be Joyful –earth
(literal and metaphorical dirt–creatures);
and break forth into Singing –mountains
(literal places to rejoice in, but also, issues in life–
in ALL THINGS GIVE THANKS):
for the Lord has comforted his people,
and he will have mercy upon his afflicted.”
(Amen! I just thought an ‘amen’ was DUE just for that above!)
14 “But Zion said…
‘The Lord has forsaken (abandoned–left destitute) me, my Lord has forgotten me.’
15 “Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb???
Yes…
they –may forget (you),
yet –
I WILL NOT FORGET YOU.”
16 “Behold (look) –I have engraved you upon the palms of my hands; your walls –are continually before me.”
(-your borders, all that is you–
‘I cannot forget you –
you’re WRITTEN UPON MY HAND, LOOK!’
He is stating that when we ‘write’ something upon our hand –
we are mindful, cognizant of it– ALWAYS BEFORE US: REMINDER.)
17 “Your children shall make haste (quick to move);
your destroyers that made you waste
(broken and destitute) –shall go forth from you.”
(they won’t be an issue anymore– removed)
18 “Lift up your eyes roundabout, and behold:
all these gather themselves together,
and (they) come to you.
As I live, says the Lord, ‘You shall surely clothe yourself –
with them all –
as with an ornament (accessory/adornment/jewelry),
and bind them on yourself –as A BRIDE –does.”
(We understand he’s talking about ‘people’ that we will engage with in life that will ‘flock’ to us
(pun intended & accurate)...
by the LIGHT he made us to be
TO BRING JACOB to him again –
wearing the BEAUTY OF THEM,
unto our Lord and his RECONCILIATION with them…
He, himself–
WITNESSING HIMSELF
–through us–
to THE LOST,
is like A BRIDE
–adorning ‘herself’ for the ‘groom,’
–with VALUE.)
19 “For your waste and (for) your desolate places and the land of your destruction…
shall now be too narrow (for them to pass through), by reason of the inhabitants (number of them), and they that swallowed you up
–shall be far (FAR) away.”
He is SHOWING HIS ‘strong arm’ of LOVE and PROTECTION over us, and to KEEP US, through REMOVING OUR ENEMIES…
even when it’s because there are SO MANY AGAINST US;
because WE GAIN THE VICTORY ‘here,’ in this verse,
because he said…
THERE ARE TOO MANY OF THEM,
and ‘the path you have taken’ WITH ME
–is FAR TOO NARROW FOR THEM
TO TRAVERSE–
for it is HOLY.
20 “The children –which you shall have,
after you have ‘lost the others’ …
(it's always a sacrificial giving up of one –for the other;
we will lose some ‘blood’ relation,
That is –carnal relation,
but we will NEVER lose
our ‘spiritual inheritance’ of
brothers and sisters,
that chose our God too),
shall say again in your ears,
‘The place is too straight (hard) for me (destitute):
give me a place –that I may dwell.”
21 “Then…
you shall say in your heart…
‘Who has begotten (given) me these (children)…
seeing I have lost my children…
I am desolate…
I am a captive…
removed (from them)
– to and fro??
(belong nowhere –seemingly)
Who has brought up these (children to me)??
Behold– I was left alone;
these –where were these (from)??”
He is talking about PROSPERING, in the department of ‘kids,’ OFFSPRING –both spiritual and carnal (barrenness–done away with);
he is speaking of –BRINGING NEW LIFE INTO OUR LIVES,
where we ‘thought’ –ALL WAS LOST, and RESTORING IT!!!!
BLESS GOD ALMIGHTY, HOLY and TRUE!!!
22 “Thus says the Lord God…
‘Behold, I will lift up my hand to the Gentiles, and (I will) set up my standard –to the people
(he’s speaking of ‘establishing’ this TYPE of ‘sent/shiny/servant ones’ –WITH CHILDREN!):
and they shall bring 'your sons' –in 'their' arms
(These Manifested Sons and Daughters of the Most High God –that are serving others,
will HELP SAVE THE GENERATION of PEOPLE’S LOST CHILDREN
–bringing them back to THE HOLINESS WITH GOD
–RELATIONALLY.
‘spiritual virginity.’
And
–these children–
WILL BECOME LIKE SONS and DAUGHTERS TO YOU,
where you ‘once,’
were 'barren.')
and your daughters –shall be carried upon 'their' shoulders.”
(These –holy living ones, will bring the answers,
truth and FREEDOM
–to lost sons and daughters--
REVEALING GOD, and HIS KINGDOM
–to the NEXT GENERATION--
‘correcting’ the ERRORED 'WAY of LIVING:'
unto RECONCILING with Father God
–where they came from.)
23 “And kings –shall be your nursing fathers,
and their queens –your nursing mothers:
(These grateful people will help to carry us in carnal matters --nursing us from their ways of gratitude.)
they shall bow down to you –with their face toward the earth, and lick up the dust of your feet; and you shall know –that I am the Lord:
for they shall not be ashamed –who wait for me.”
(Let me recap that, he said…
Those who will ‘take care of you’ in the carnal world,
will be considered –KINGS and QUEENS;
so, he is stating THE HIGHEST forms of peoples on the earth,
shall COME TO GOD’S MEN and WOMEN –
to WORSHIP GOD,
and to ‘cause favor’ upon
THE SERVANT of the LORD.
They will ‘bow down’ under the WEIGHT of The Anointing of the Holy God upon your LIVING SACRIFICIAL LIVES, in GRATITUDE
–and will acquiesce to you,
submissively ,
GRATEFULLY,
–following the ‘dust you kick up’
in your ‘wake.’
And in ‘that’...
ALL WILL KNOW HE IS GOD ALMIGHTY,
HOLY and TRUE–MOST HIGH GOD;
PROVING TO THE WHOLE WORLD
That…
HE, who waits upon the Lord –SHALL NOT BE ASHAMED!
((meaning –he is FAITHFUL,
LOYAL and TRUSTWORTHY
to fulfill what he has SPOKEN!))
24 “Shall the prey –be taken from the mighty,
or the lawful captive –delivered??”
He just said, ‘shall those folk, who are imprisoned LAWFULLY –BE FREED?!?
(they are CRIMINAL, that’s injustice)
Shall the STRONG –lose their prey??
He is saying –JUSTICE WILL PREVAIL,
with and for– THESE!!!
25 “Thus says the Lord…
‘Even the captives of the mighty –shall be taken away
(prisoners/oppressed– shall be FREED),
the prey –of the terrible
(evil of satan’s kingdom) –shall be delivered;
(people captive in bondage to satan still, inside, and OUT)
for I WILL
–CONTEND WITH HIM–
THAT CONTENDS WITH YOU,
and
I WILL ‘save’
YOUR CHILDREN!!!’
Think about all the ‘evil agendas’ floating around, alive out there right now –pointed DIRECTLY at the Children of God and –the Next Generation of them.
26 “I will feed them that oppress you –with THEIR OWN FLESH;
they shall be drunken –with their own blood (demise),
like a sweet wine…
(they will not be aware of their danger
–they party –
whilst they PERISH
–and PERCEIVE IT, not–
this is unto OUR ENEMIES,
this is how much God Loves and Provides for his):
that all flesh shall know that, I the Lord –am YOUR Savior and YOUR Redeemer –the Mighty One of Jacob.”

This chapter has been so enlightening, for God to describe his Shining Bride, spot-free, and wrinkle-free, and they are COMING TO THE WORLD –to BE GOD’S SALVATION
–unto a ‘dying in their sins’ –World.
He is IN LOVE WITH HIS PEOPLE, and he is FIERCELY DEFENDING ‘his Bride,’ from ALL THOSE –that are NOT ‘his Bride.’
He will see ALL KNEES BOW to him, one way, or one time, or another.
He is LOYAL to HIS WIFE– ‘to be taken in ceremony with her' --yet.
He is ‘preparing her table’ in the ‘midst of her enemies;’
please, BE ON THE WINNING SIDE,
become ‘his Bride’ too– PURE HEARTEDLY,
for it’s the ONLY ‘way’ HE OPERATES,
and he *REQUIRES IT– ‘given back to him.’
‘Those that shrink away, are destroyed.’
Hebrews 10:39
“But –we are not of those who shrink back
(backslide, fearful to commit wholeheartedly and put their ‘carnal/flesh bodies,’ on the line)
and are destroyed, but (we are) those who have faith
–preserving their souls.”
This entire chapter 49 of Isaiah is about:
‘What IS– ‘his Bride?’
‘What does she ‘look’ like?’
‘What does she– ‘do?’
‘What will God do for ‘her?’
‘Who will come and worship God –because of ‘his Bride?’
‘Who will be saved –because of ‘HIS Bride?’
And…
‘Who IS BLESSED and CARED for, PROVIDED and PROTECTED, EXALTED, ADORED –and NEVER FORSAKEN:
HIS BRIDE!!!
